It's hard to get over what your brain want's to think. Yes, we all know that mindset is the most important thing someone needs to change in order to be great because you are what you think, but how do to we control our "heart?" How do we control the anxiety we feel when we feel uncomfortable, when we feel nervous, when we feel scared, when we feel we don't have control and when we feel we are a failure deep in our heart? Well. I have a technique for you. No, I did not create it. It's a technique that has be known for many years but not many know about it. It's called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). As a real estate agent in a down shift market, I get anxiety about everything. My kids are home. I'm a full-time mom. I'm a full-time realtor. How am I going to do all of this. Using EFT helps you to release that pressure you feel in your chest.
