She has video recordings & pictures evidence on her instagram, she has even won a court case against her neighbor (due to Jennifer getting tickets from the dog shit the neighbor threw into her yard) yet the neighbor remains & continues to harass. This same neighbor pulled similar tactics to push the previous owner, another woman of color, out as well.

I lived at a place once with toxic neighbors. They too left dogshit at my door a few times. Idk what beef they had with me personally since we both were white & hardly exchanged any words. But i know it's not ok to not feel welcome at your own home. Jennifer not only feels unwelcomed, she doesn't even feel SAFE at her property that she OWNS.
