This is an ask blog for HLVRAI Joshua Freeman that follows a set narrative that can be influenced and interacted with by the audience! Each story arc is tagged as a “chapter” of the story, and you can find each chapter linked over in the Chapter Index section of the blog! The chapter selection can also be found down below. STORY:
GRTV: Gamechanger is a story that takes place ten years after the events of GordonRadioTV. We follow the perspective of Joshua Freeman, a somewhat reserved teenaged boy who’s curious about the digital world around him. After all, ever since the Failsafes were defeated, they could make of it what they pleased. Gordon, though, tends to be a tad…overprotective. In an attempt to prove himself, Joshua decides to take matters into his hands, and, well.
Joshua Freeman quickly finds himself in unfamiliar waters.
WARNINGS:
GordonRadioTV and it’s sequel are stories that contain canon-typical violence, discussions of memory loss, death, mind control/possession, apocalyptic scenarios, PTSD and other mental health issues, etc. All of these subjects will be properly tagged if they come up, and if you need something else tagged just let the mod know. While yes this story does have a happy ending and the characters who go through these things will be okay, if these subjects bother you please be wary. Read with caution!
RULES:
NO NSFW ASKS! The main character is a minor so I don’t wanna see any of that shit aimed towards him. Jokes with the adult characters are fine, but don’t be too explicit and again don’t do that shit with Joshua.

There's... a lot of differences between your world and Joshua's. For one, the Gordon Freeman that we're familiar with is his father. We're trying to find him. Do you have any idea of where he could be? Maybe you guys had similar experiences, at least?

ALYX: As far as we remember, we’re the ones who looked after Joshua and raised him. My dad was basically his caretaker growing up.
