Dude got a job for a company and wanted to prove his reliability, he could’ve given up and not showed up but unlike most people he made a commitment and stuck to it and guess what. Even for soldiers who have trained specifically for such things, a 20-mile march is a fucking grueling experience. Nobody should have to do that and then be expected to work for eight hours. That is literally insane.

It isn’t just a 20 mile walk. He woke up way earlier than he would have on a work day, getting little to no sleep. Walked 20 miles to work. THEN FUCKING WORKED HIS SHIFT, subscribing to the idea that AFTER his shift he would then have to walk 20 miles home, only to do it again the next day.

This wasn’t a 20 mile hike, this man was going to walk 40 miles with a full work shift in the middle. Fuck **a n y b o d y** who thinks this is just proving your worth to your employer. It worked out ok for this one guy, but guess what, there are people across the world who work for employer’s with a much smaller heart than this guys’.

After these horrifying news, I’ve decided to do a recap on KyoAni’s main titles from their foundation until now as a homage for its staff, especially the victims and their families. We don’t know where the studio will be going from now, but we do know of its journey until the present moment. There were hits and there were misses, but it overall deserves appreciation now more than ever.
