there’s something so frustrating about smeyer saying bella likes cooking. bc like, i know people who love cooking! finding new recipes, and sharing the food they make, and people who bake when they’re stressed…that’s a super valid thing!

but the way smeyer writes it, bella’s never actually interested in the cooking itself, and she never actually enjoys it, she’s just doing it to like…take care of charlie. which sucks.
