An issue I have with the Palestine discourse is Israel sympathizers often assume those who support Palestinians praise or passively support Hamas' brutal tactics that involve harming civilians. Rare is it to find people endorsing violence like this. Rather, we are trying to shed light on the conditions that made this tragic reality possible: years decades of Israeli colonization, Palestinian communities forced into apartheid conditions with minimal sympathy, biased news coverage, unwavering Western support for Israel's far-right regime, and no good faith effort on Israel's part to find a peaceful solution. This treatment inevitably boils into hatred against the aggressor in the same way American imperialism creates and exacerbates terrorist groups in the Middle East. It is tragic to see Hamas' recent atrocities. It is also important to see how they came into fruition.

Amidst the violence, you can still support Palestinians, who largely want peace, as you sympathize with innocent Israelis. Many Israel defenders have not once murmured support for Palestinians when the same atrocities are levied upon them, often in even worse fashions. There are Israeli officials who want Palestine wiped out. Their sympathizers pour concrete into Palestinian drinking wells. Israeli troops have killed Palestinian civilians, journalists, etc. It is hypocrisy at its finest to ignore these well-documented war crimes.

Because like, I know that their relationship has more bumps than anything and is pretty toxic, but at the same time IT'S SO GOOD LIKE.... Russia fixating on Georgia during the romanticism since she was the only one from Caucasus that was in his league, and Georgia who was heavily into him but feels betrayed but at the same time she still has a soft spot for him.

Hopefully we're not the only one experiencing this, but the hatered toward APH Turkiye on rp is really concerning. Especially if its not nyo version, because nyo is loved because Hurrem Sultan ig. Almost noone wants to rp, and if they do, then it's only insulting Turkiye. Never any positive relations.

Inb4 - jest I am aware of the history of Balkans and Armenians, thank you.

But Poland and Russia are very often showed as "hihi I hate you (but not that much were still family)", yet when it comes to Turks they can't have one nice thing, even in past, even if they had/have extremely good relations with XYZ 🤨 if three wars are enough to cancel anything other then why there are any positive relationships between countries

Istambul, Grozny and Yerevan!

We do have some characters that represent cities, but there are not too many, and definitely not every city has a personification. Basically they're... humans who got part of country's soul. There's some magical mythical forgotten ritual, that ancient nations known but now, thousands and thousands of years later, just a couple nations know how to do it. Those are: Armenia, Iran (who learned from ancient), Russia and USA (who tried and almost learned by trial and error method, almost because their methods creates emotionless and weaker personifications).

So, those three. Istambul, also known as Dilara Osmanğolu, has a part of one of ancient polis' soul. She's married to Turkey, and they're happy couple (she's still salty he moved capital).

Yerevan (Narine Parechanian) has Urartu's soul. She was chosen by little Armenia, because he wanted a mom like a human, and Urartu like a good father teached him gow to make cities. (And then he died)

And Grozny. Yuri Igorewich Fedin. He has... Chechen's. Because, even if he's half Russian he ended up joining Chechens and fighting with them, as a colleagues. And one time, he got badly injured and somehow Chechenia turned him into city. Neither of them knows how he actually did it.

in Iran there's a saying "if you add milk to the tea you'll make her a widow"? And in central asia it's kinda contrary- salty tea with milk is kinda popular (and tbh I can totally see why, if you never tried it, you have to try). And as a honorary Turk, Tajikistan also drinks tea like that. So their father-daughter bonding moments must be difficult when it comes to drinks 🤭

Ajman (Layla ibnat Zajid Al-Nuaimi) 🇦🇪 - she's like this sound "first you smash it than you cut off the head. I go to church now". Now rebranded from killing to healing. Still the most tough one.

Dubai (Amira ibnat Zajid Al-Falasi) 🇦🇪 - princesses, the most charismatic, Regina George of this pack. But not always mean, not to everyone at least, she's really kind to the rest of Emirates.
