“That’s not Cody! That’s… Adam!” she blurted out. Not very smart of Noah, she could admit that to herself, but she had to go with whatever Cody had provided. When the words came out of the redhead’s lips, she almost facepalmed. She needed to think of something fast. She was aware a million other excuses worked, but oh well. “Don’t tell me you don’t know your students well enough?” she joked with the teacher. Did she use the fact that she was a teacher’s pet to get herself and Cody out of this mess? Yes. She hoped the teacher would fall for it and then forget this whole thing. She turned to Cody. “Adam and I are supposed to go eat now. Right?”
Cody should have known better to ask for help from his friend because if one person could worsen it, it was Noah. “Adam?” He mouthed with a confused expression on his face. To his own disbelieve, it seemed like the teacher had no time for this and somewhat believed Noah or wanted to believe Noah. When his friend turned to him, he nodded, “Yeah, Eve and I have lunch to attend,” the QB said as he quickly started to walk away, pulling Noah with him, waving at the teacher. Walking a little faster when he whispered, “Run, run, run.” There was no way the teacher was going to buy that.
lav-jones:
“I’ve been tutoring him for a while now, he wants to be a better student, don’t you Cody?” She looked at him trying to help him convince the teacher that he wasn’t the one to blame, even though she knew he was just by the look he gave her. “Haha, don’t listen to him, teacher. He is kind of grumpy because I was harsh on him while tutoring.” Lavender said with a fake soft laugh trying to fix what Cody just said, turn to him when the teacher left. “Can’t you just shut up while I help you?” She frowned before her eyes widened when he told her about the explosion. “Oh my God! So that was an accident, right? You didn’t mean to mess the whole classroom, you could’ve just told him that.” Lav said calmly as always. “No worries, I got your back, always.” She hugged him back with a smile. “But don’t count me in to help you cleaning the blue mess.” She joked.
The boy shrugged at Lav’s words, “I mean, he does always go after me?” For a good reason, but that’s not what Cody would say. “It was an accident, but that doesn’t matter to him,” If it happened once, it probably wouldn’t be a problem, but Cody was a clumsy person. It wasn’t his first time almost blowing up the chemistry room. He was honestly wondering when they were banning him from following chemistry but that sadly never happened. He could understand the teachers’ frustration at this point, but he really didn’t do it on purpose. “Neither of us cleaning that blue mess since you backed me up,” A soft chuckle escaping his lips as he pulled her closer, “Thank you, really, I appreciate it.” Cody could always count on Lavender, and he was very grateful for that. “I think we need a break from tutoring...” He joked before adding, “Snack break?”

isakvaltersen03:
Isak saw the boys look and stupidly the first he could think of was “ It was me” As the words left his mouth he bit his lip, what had he done, why had he done it? he didnt know the boy the least bit”
Cody raised his eyebrows when the boy took the blame on him. “No,---” He quickly added. There was no way he was going to let someone else take the blame. “He doesn’t even have chemistry,” Cody had never seen the guy in Chemistry before so, he hoped he was right. “I know I make a mess of things, sir, but it wasn’t me.” A lie. It definitely was him, but he was hoping that the confusing conversation would throw the teacher off. A gentle smile towards the teacher when he gave up, shaking his head in disapproval before he left the boys alone. “The fuck, man? Don’t take the blame for other people,” The QB told the boy once they were alone, “I appreciate it,” He added. It was a nice thing to do, but he didn’t have to. “But, I could be an asshole, you know? But I do want to thank you.”
ellanawong:
Cody got caught. Hearing Cody’s response to the teacher, Ellana couldn’t help but give him a skeptical look. And that’s when she spotted his look for help. stopping in her tracks, she looked at the teacher. “Cody didn’t do it.” She said simply. “He was with me.” She blurted out of her mouth without much thinking. She hoped she wouldn’t be questioned on when since she didn’t know all that.
Cody understood the sceptical look Ellana gave him, but it was the best comeback he had at that moment. He should’ve just shut his mouth up when the teacher asked. A wave of relieve washed over Cody when his friend had his back by saying that Cody didn’t do it. He nodded quickly when the teacher looked at him to confirm. “Alone... doing things teenagers do, sir.” It was a way to give the teacher more information without saying too much, but with the gross look the teacher gave him, he knew the teacher took it the wrong way, “No, no, not like that.” The fuck? The QB mouthed to Ellana.
parkmin--seo:
Minnie’s eyes widened when she heard the scream, but her heart rate slowed down considerably when she realized that she wasn’t in any danger. She couldn’t say the same for the guitar that had flown dramatically across the room. “Oh my god, are you okay?” She blurted, feeling her face flush because she was embarrassed that she’d threatened him– weakly threatened, but still. “Is that okay?” she asked, gesturing to the guitar, before laughing softly at his joke and feeling herself relax a little more. “I wouldn’t come too close. I have a cold and I don’t want to be held responsible for getting anyone else sick,” she warned somewhat dramatically, grinning before pulling her face mask back up over her mouth. “Designing. Trying to finish that over there,” she answered, pointing to the mannequin with her mostly-finished dress on it. “What about you? Were you coming here to play music in secret or something?”
The QB nodded at her words, “Yeah, we’re both okay,” A chuckle followed his words as he took another look at his guitar. No clue how it survived the dramatic drop. “Many threats here, first threatening me with sharp things and now a cold. I’m not that scary.” He joked when she mentioned having a cold, but he appreciated the warning. The boy listened to her words as he looked at the mannequin. A beautiful dress in Cody’s eyes, not that he was a fashion expert, but he knows he’d love to see a girl in that. “Didn’t know you designed dresses,” He told her as he took a closer look at the dress, shaking his head at her next comment. Yes, but that wasn’t someone Cody would admit. “No, just wanted a quiet place to practice. I don’t want to ruin anyone’s day with my guitar skills.”
lav-jones:
Lavender was passing by Cody when she looked in his eyes, screaming for help with the teacher. She had no idea what he had done this time but she couldn’t and wouldn’t let him like that, so she turned to face the teacher. “Actually, I was tutoring him until now. There’s no way, Cody could have done it.” The blonde smiled warmly at the teacher, she was one of the best students so teachers always believed her and she was using that to help him now. Lav sat beside him still smiling but as soon as the teacher looked away her smile faded and she looked at him. “What have you done now?”
When Cody noticed his friend he knew that, at that moment, Lavender was a gift sent from heaven. To Cody, she always was, but this time a little more, knowing that teachers loved her. If one person could help it out, it was her. And she did. Cody smiled at the teacher and nodded, “Yeah, she was tutoring me,” He confirmed as he kept fake smiling to the teacher, “It’s actually kind of unfair that you always go after me,” It was better for Cody to shut up, but he couldn’t help but say those words. The teacher gave him a dirty look before he walked away. “I was practising Chemistry and boom.” His hand making an explosion motion. “The whole class was a mess,” He told her truthfully. “A Blue mess.” He knew he could tell Lavender anything. “Thank you for backing me up, Lav,” Pulling his friend into a big hug, “I really didn’t want to clean it all up”.

Ellana: wow that sounds hot
Ellana: i'm eating food that doesn't belong to me, you want some?
Cody: I'm a real catch, Ellana.
Cody: Uhm.. yes?? What are we eating?
I know it was you who made a mess of the chemistry class, Cody. It’s something Cody didn’t want to hear coming out a teachers mouth, but here they were. He thought for a quick second and realised playing dumb was the best way to go. “Who’s Cody?” Not that dumb. The QB locked his eyes with the person who passed by, his eyes basically screaming for help. @luxorstarters

Ellana: you do realize you can buy the goggles that look like sunglasses? so you can be a k00l dude
Cody: There's nothing k00ler than not using goggles and say goodbye to your eyes.
Cody: What are you doing besides being worried about me?

Maia: It was my phone, not me. Clearly my phone knows something that you're not sharing
Maia: That you do, and due to that I give you my respect
Cody: It's the last time I'm butt dialing you. Don't want your phone to get any wrong ideas.
Cody: Thanks, babe🙌

Ellana: yes... that's exactly what i was talking about
Ellana: not only that but you weren't wearing your goggles?
Cody: Because they look stupid asf? If I wanted to wear goggles I'd be on the swimming team.

Maia: Yeah I should have clarified and said I dont know why its under asshole
Maia: As long as your keeping balls out of the goal, you're not an asshole
Cody: I think you mixed me up with someone else... I'm clearly the least asshole person in this school... Or I'd like to think so.
Cody: No ball is passing me, Maia. I've got fast reflexes.💪💪
“Aish. It’s so hard to focus when you’re sick.” Minnie huffed, blowing a few loose strands of hair out of her face as she rather ungracefully took a seat on the floor. She was backstage in the auditorium, putting the finishing touches on a dress she would undoubtedly never wear, but she needed a break. It was a little late and she knew it was almost curfew, but she didn’t want to go back to her room until she’d finished what she had started months ago. A decision she immediately regretted when she heard a crash and immediately felt like she was going to jump out of her skin. “Who’s there?” she called out, wincing at the way her voice cracked– god, she would definitely be the first to die in a horror film. “I have… sharp things and I’m not afraid to use them,” she tacked on weakly, but she didn’t reach for any of those “sharp things” because she knew sewing needles weren’t a very good weapon. ( @luxorstarters )
A place to practice is all Cody wanted. Not a lot of people knew about him playing the guitar, and that’s probably because he was a bit ashamed. Why? It wasn’t really a thing QBs were supposed to do, right? Most people wouldn’t bat an eye, but Cody liked to complicate things in his head. The boy opted for the auditorium because he didn’t expect someone to be there at this time. Cody wouldn’t be Cody if he didn’t do something clumsy though. When he entered the auditorium, it took him precisely 3 seconds to trip and yeet his guitar 5 feet away. “Ahhh!” He yelled in a high pitched voice; not something a murderer would do. His heart beat fast as he ran over to his guitar to check on it. Relieved to see that it had no damage. It was only when he was calmed down that he heard a voice. He popped his head up to see who said those things, “I’ve a guitar, and I’m not afraid to use it,” The boy fired back as a joke. “I come in peace,” He added quickly before getting up and walking over to the girl, “What are you doing here?”
