Because of my and my family's personal experiences, I will always bring attention to Mental Health. Our experience has a happy ending, but so many others do not. Today, October 10th, is World Mental Health Day. This year’s theme is: “Make mental health & well-being for all a global priority.” Mental health is real, and so is the stigma attached, and everyday access to care is still an issue. More awareness is needed.
