I had to consult like 16 people to get this pic done because I’ve never played Last of Us and most of my friends didn’t play the second one, and I cannot trust who the internet says is canon...But uh long story short, hey I hope I did justice to the characters!!

i have a notice that most of your art has a song connected or you reference lyrics on it. do you base a picture off a song for inspiration or do you draw and then pick something relatable?

Hello stranger and thank you for your ask! It’s usually the former (if I understand what you’re asking correctly). I come up with a lot of drawings in my head based on music I really like. Sometimes I get really into a song and it inspires some imagery or I can see a scene play out or something. The cruel unfortunate reality of being me though is the drawings never come out like my brain farted up. But I try my best.

But yeah honestly 95% of inspiration to draw something either comes from a) some slappin’ song or b) a dumbass meme I gotta draw

Don't worry dudes, Korra also feeds Naga a literal mountain of uh. Polarbeardog food or something equivalent. She just insists that feeding her eggs with it "keeps her coat shiny". The first time she and Asami spent the night together Korra was up early cooking and Asami came downstairs tempted by the smell of delicious food. I'm sure she was all "you're cooking breakfast? that is so sweet" and sat down at the table awaiting her breakfast. Korra is all "yeeaaahhh breakfast for you (whispering) I'm so sorry Naga I'll make you eggs later"

Welcome to the Korrasami Valentine-White Day Exchange event!

What is it?

The Valentine-White Day exchange is an event where artists and writers exchange art and fics for Valentine’s Day and White Day! The event is based on the actual holidays. For those who don’t know, in some Asian cultures, they have a holiday called White Day, which takes place March 14. To them, Valentine’s Day is more for girls giving candy and cards to those they like. And then, on White Day, a month later, the boys hand out candy and cards and such.

This event will function similarly. Valentine’s Day creators will make a piece for Valentine’s day, to be posted Feb 14, 2021. Then, the White Day creators will create a “response” work, to be posted March 14, 2021. This is an open event and we will try to include as many people as possible, provided there are enough to pair everyone up.

For this event, there will be “normal” works and “short” works. Normal works are…normal. “Short” works will be works that are created under a shorter amount of time; this is aimed for those who are really busy and want to participate but do not have the time to commit to a large piece. We will pair normal artists with normal writers, and short artists with short writers.

[Note: the artist-writer pairs will be kept secret, as a surprise. White Day creators should not disclose information on who they are paired up with. In a way, it functions like a secret santa. To make it fair, all creators will be given ONE MONTH to work on their pieces.]
