I was in the Hand Jumper discord and I made a theory about the future events of the story after this arc.

FAST PASS SPOILERS FOR EP 128: Three Can Keep a Secret ???? (You could argue they aren't spoilers, but I'm playing it safe

I think that Captain Han might be the new Aera Son in his role in what's about to happen. Aera led the Aberrant Corps at Hongsan, and Captain Han wants to become the new head of the Corps. He also has the most to gain and the most to lose from this conflict. We don't actually know a ton about Aera Son or her political situation, so it's possible she ended up with a similar ultimatum. Aera's role in Hongsan being vague in the story up to this point is part of the reason why I think there are so many similarities. Aera was both popular and extremely powerful. It stands to reason she'd be able to unite the Corps behind her for her plan. You can't become the head of the Corps without being extremely intelligent as well, so she almost certainly had a plan of some kind. Han isn't quite as popular in the Corps as Aera, however the governor sees him as a proto-Aera which is why he's trying so hard to remove as much power from Han as he can. In Essence of a Leader, it was made very clear that Han wants to be the one who can take the credit for dealing with Lilith (like Aera did with Cain), however he'd most likely have to do so only with the power of HQ 3, the smallest HQ, while also dealing with a time crunch for him to be able to keep HQ 3. I think Han might have a secondary reason for investigating the Cult of Naj other than probing the Begonias for the Sub Rosa. What better way to learn how to kill a godling is there than to find out everything there is to know about the cult that worships a godling that was killed? They almost certainly have some sort of belief surrounding the death of Naj, how else would they justify Naj still being around despite having been slain?

I doubt Sayeon will be able to resist getting herself involved with the Lilith situation once she learns of it. She already caught the eye of Captain Han to some extent, and I think the inclusion of the red string of fate theme puts the writing on the wall for her. A Lee will be involved in the Lilith situation no matter what, and Samin Lee seems quite content with her current position. It was mentioned that physically, Samin takes after Sara and Sayeon takes after Doyeon. Mentally, however, I think that the roles are reversed: Samin takes after Doyeon, Sayeon after Sara. Sayeon taking after Sara mentally has been shown quite clearly throughout the entire webtoon, however my only justification for Samin taking after Doyeon is her strong ties to her humanity and the fact that I feel it makes sense thematically.

(also I think Sara and Sayeon had similar reactions to their male friends dying as each other but Sara had the power to get revenge immediately while Sayeon has to wait)

Allows herself one female... confidant... who she always keeps somewhat at a distance (as best she can) and they both give off very gay vibes whenever they're together (Ryujin)

Attempts to handle very major problems (Heron and Hope Warehouse Arc and the beginning of Yesol Arc) by herself, without stating motivation or reasoning

I think it's very likely Sayeon will mirror Sara, especially towards the end. I think Sayeon will take the godling's deal shortly before the major Lilith confrontation because she'll view it as the final thing she has to do to break free of her family, when what it'll actually do is seal her fate to the same one as her mother. I feel like Hand Jumper is building up to a tragic ending

Papercraft commission of Aki and Koharu from Love Bullet! I've really been enjoying this manga (and the backstory between these two was especially heartwrenching), and thus I was very excited to make this one.

Since hearts are such an important design motif in the manga, the client requested I use a bunch of heart patterns! I had great fun looking through all my papers for hearts. ❤️ I’m especially fond of the semitransparent heart paper in Koharu’s wings.
