Today my bf and I were going out to the store we found an abandoned bunny at our apartment complex. He is severely emaciated, and looks to have been neglected for a long time. We have him separated from our other bunnies, and have cleaned him up and administered critical care. He’s doing ok, but he’s going to need actual vet treatment to make sure he doesn’t have mites, or other diseases, and needs to be neutered. We’re more than willing to take care of him, but exotic animals are expensive to treat. We’re asking for help, even if its just a dollar. Anything to help us get this guy back on his feet. We’re taking him to the vet tuesday to get him looked at and to see when it’ll be safe to have him altered. Right now he’s probably too thin… All money donated will go towards his vet bills and extra costs of care (critical care food, meds, etc… ) We’re trying to raise 400 bucks. This should cover vet check up and altering surgery. Anything will help and we could really use it right now. We’d love to get him healthy and adopt him out but we’re not opposed to keeping him.
