I'm going to put out a wild hypothetical - imagine I have created some kind of comical strip, right, full of words and pictures and other delightful things. In this scenario, let us go on to imagine that I have made a typographical error in the strip! EGAD.

Gentle reader, if such a thing were ever to occur, I would assure you that I would not take great offense at being told. In fact, I might even express some manner of pitiable, teary-eyed gratitude for affording me the opportunity to correct it before it gets very, embarrassingly far!

Same goes for if I ever switch the color of Caine's eyes because.... goddammit

This is just me yakking but I feel like I need to start coalescing all this recent TADC headcanon content under some kind of AU name because damn, I’m starting to get a little specific and carried away and it’s a little unwieldy to just keep saying ‘LunarReverb’s post-finale The Amazing Digital Circus headcanon content” every time, y’knowww…

But also I’m sad because I thought of a kickass name (and concept) for an actual canon-divergent AU before the finale that I kind of scrapped when important parts of it got space-lasered by the canon. I kind of want to keep that premise on the shelf in the foolish, dewy-eyed hope that I might get inspired to flesh it out as a proper AU someday, but in the meantime I cant think of what to call my art and stuff that’s simply post-canon, canon-compatible headcanon that’s a better name.

And! I’ve even got headcanons for the general themes and plots and conflicts that could happen after the finale, but I’m starting to wonder if I need to actually start writing it out as a whole-ass fic before a name falls out of the universe and into my hands? This is a lot of words to say: I probably need to settle on a consistent tag for when I draw Caine and Pomni making out sloppy style, but Pomni is wearing an outfit she doesn’t wear in the show. For organizational purposes. If I come up with one I will endeavor to announce it and tag retroactively, but first I must Think

I had no reason to do this to myself other than I'm trying to avoid making comics that are purely just talking heads. But a piano? It's not important to the script. I have inflicted piano in perspective on myself.

Anyway it might take me a bit to finish this one!

Apropos of nothing at all I just want to say out loud that drawing Pomni in profile or near profile is my leeeeeast favorite angle to draw her in, because to be honest I don't really feel like I've consistently established how it is that my stylized chinned version of her works with the, euuugh, nose. Do I deviate more off-model and gently extend out the lower half of her face to slyly imply a nose-like projection, or do I lean closer to on-model and make the front of her head a smooth damn curve, only adding a chin and jawline?? Constant fucking fear that I've deviated too far, and also not far enough so it doesn't look like I've drawn Doug from Date Everything

Coincidentally, drawing her in profile or near profile is the best way to see anything that's going on whenever she and Caine kiss on account of both of them being enormous melonheads

Also I was not particularly versed in drawing kisses anyway before this ship. No other ship has done this to me. It is animating me like a mummy curse of some sort
