Japanese Olympic men's singles team second only to the louvre as most egregious robbery of all time
big fan of how hudson williams hit hollywood like a canonball. he runs around like a little chaos gremlin pushing all the made up rules off the windowsill with his paw then stands by connor storrie like that makes him untouchable and it does.
Forced to live in a world in which Andrew Torgashev is going to the Olympics and Chaeyeon Kim isnāt.
if andrew torgashev gets to go to the olympics iām going to start killing people
I think they should give the third US men's spot to Wakaba
I want a Dune themed ice dance program where one of them is timothee chalamet, and the other is that big worm
[re: how NBC is covering figure skater max naumov at US Nationals in this olympic year after his parents both died in a plane crash.]
as a person who has experienced very public grief, i absolutely ADORE skaters choosing to talk about theirs and bring photos of lost loved ones in the k & c, etc., but i find the voyeuristic interview questions & commentary incredibly uncomfortable to watch.
there were lots of times over the last couple years where i wanted to walk around with a sign that said, āTHE PERSON I LOVED MOST IN THE WORLD IS FUCKING DEAD.ā bc i just couldnāt comprehend how the rest of the world just kept on happening. & i think weād all be healthier if we could grieve out LOUD.
i believe in loud, public grief. but thatās when itās fully the grieverās choice. i have no idea how max naumov feels about serving up his broken heart to entertain the masses, of course, but it doesnāt feel like he probably had much of a choice if he wanted [to] compete in anything televised.
Does anyone else have one sided unsupported beef with Andrew Torgashev or is that just a me thing?
Kevin selling Jean to the Trojans like:
I'm very interested in seeing what free program Alysa brings to the Olympics. Both MacAuthur Park and Gaga have pros and cons, but one is under competed, and the other is iconic, but she's been skating for a year and a half now. I personally think MacArthur Park is the safe move for the Olympics, but I can see people thinking it's a cop out.
Thoughts?
no one can tell me that this isnāt one of the most iconic first meetings
He's a runner he's a trackstar
Itās prob a good thing they got Jeanās sexuality out in the open when he got to CA because with the way he acts with Jeremy he was this close to becoming that Reddit post thatās like I think my roommate is homophobic. Everytime Iām with a guy he becomes a dick. Unrelated he is fine with all other gay people . And also me.
I canāt believe Jeanās been through all these horrors, but his sleep paralysis demon was still Barkbark von Barkenstein the cardboard dog
