I know lots of people hc Jeremy with post partum depression but sometimes I like to imagine the opposite: Jeremy absolutely terrified of prenatal and post partum depression... but being absolutely fine? And actually thriving??? He loves being pregnant and he loves taking care of his baby boy/girl and he feels exhausted but so rewarded??

(and ofc Jean being the most supportive and involved partner and papa makes it all x100 easier for him)

Parenthood is hard, it's a lot of anxiety and sleepless nights, but loving his baby unconditionally is so SIMPLE? And it hits him even harder that his parents couldn't even do that one simple thing...

Same for Jean, I see him being so nervous but then holding his baby for the first time and going: "I can't imagine someone not loving their child more than life itself" and thinking back to himself as a 4yo kid holding Elodie when she was born and how his parents failed so colossally at something so EASY

Jeremy and Jean are so tired and anxious but the sleepless nights are part of the best days of their lives

No wonder once they start having babies they can't stop ❤

OUGHHH anon i love this 😭 in like THE most painful way. Jeremy and Jean seeing their parents and how they treated their children and thinking something had to have been wrong, that they had to have been sick, but then they become parents themselves and it’s nothing like thought, and so easy 😭😭😭💔💔💔

I have BIG cowdog named Judge Jellybean, and he lowkey reminds me of Jean. The cats are terrified of jelly bc he's so big, so when he goes on the porch to eat he'll be very slow and gentle. The cats will try to eat his food sometimes and instead of barking or growing he'll let out a huff that'll scared them away but not terrify them more.
