I was in the process of selling all of my unused uppers..sold an XM177, a Blackhawk Down clone and even my Mk18mod0. This one was the last, but the buyer backed out. In hindsight, I’m glad he did, as this one had the most time spent on it. Relief cutting the barrel just right for the front sight post was pretty time consuming.

This is a LEO only model. I had my doubts - it being a 16” barrel without a brake - but it does shoot very smooth and I was able to spot my hits no problem. It’s very well built and shoots lights out.

Took this to the range today. Iron sights zero’d at 50, same with the red dot. POI is about an inch low at 25 or shorter distances. Bangs steel no prob at 50/75/100 with no need for hold over. Given the ballistics of 5.56, should be dead on at 200 as well. Sorry, pls ignore the wrap around the grip - it’s a stupid commiefornia concession us subjects need to adhere to...until they ban it.

Anyways, had a great time at the range today. She’s a dirty wet bitch at the moment, needing a cleaning by daddy.

IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING!

The rail and muzzle device should both be here next week, then all I need is to get it pinned/welded and I can get it all assembled!

It’s finally here! Also showed up the same time as my CMR rail for my other 14.5” build.

Installation wasnt as bad as I thought, and my muzzle device is getting here later this week so I can get it pinned/welded and finally mount it on a lower.

Still waiting on the pin/weld to be done on the upper - but for now finally sourced a Redi-Mag and grabbed a Lonestar Ordnance Stowaway grip from work for the lower. I’ve got a KAC M4 buttstock QD adapter coming in next week too.
