Sorry if the quality is ass, I would do digital art of this comic but I already spent a week on this and I don’t want to spend another second on it.
Yes, I did use silent hill as inspiration. I thought James, Mary, and Maria would be very similar to Dempsey and both Pareidolia’s, especially since it’s the same situation just different settings.
Just to explain what’s going on here (because I never explain a single word of lore):
Dahlia, the character with the robotic arm, is from the Black Ops 3 campaign timeline(2065) which I haven’t really worked out how she got to the Black Ops 7 timeline(2035) BUT SHE GETS THERE somehow.
Dahlia has no idea who Dempsey is but Dempsey knows who she is, him still having a recollection of his memories from before the ending in Black Ops 4.
Dempsey remembers when his Pareidolia from the Der Reise map was bitten and turned into the undead, eventually putting her down but like in blood of the dead, they end up with a new Pareidolia anyways.
Dahlia on the other hand, does not remember a single thing about their past and chooses not to encourage Dempseys feelings towards her.
Leaving an unrequited love story for Dahlia and Dempsey.
AS FOR PAREIDOLIA AND DEMPSEY, THEY END UP GETTING MARRIED AFTER BO4 ENDING :P
