clara’s flapper outfit appreciationÂ
I know! I am sincerely looking forward to the day when Anita will just be happy with a sweater! The pressure’ll finally be off. I mean, Erik isn’t nearly as hard to shop for, he’s happy with pretty much anything as long as it’s plant-related. Anita’s the only family member of mine that I really freak out about while looking for a gift.
That’s a good idea, maybe we could invite him over to Christmas this year. He and Annie are practically attached at the hip at this point anyway, might as well facilitate it as best we can. I was thinking about doing that anyway, she’d probably lose her mind being in the same room as Harrison Ford. I can’t even imagine. She’d be hysterical.Â
If you keep setting the bar so high that day will probably never come. Besides, gifts that are thoughtful are better I think. I should get Erik to give me some tips, I end up killing every plant I've ever received. I wonder if I'll be able to keep my Christmas tree alive until Christmas this year. Toby insisted on getting one, but since I'm going home this year, I think it's more for Tris than either of us. Speaking of gifts, do you have any idea what you would like?
I'm sure Anita would love to have him over, just make sure you take down any mistletoe you see before he arrives. Â I guess that means you won't be coming with me to France to celebrate Christmas. I think we should have some kind of a plan this year. I'd like to spend some time with your family this year.
I found this gigantic set that’s supposed to get put together into
the Millennium Falcon. I figure since she liked the Star Wars movies so much that she might like something Star Wars-y. And it might be something for us to do when we’re done opening up gifts.Â
I actually don’t know, I mean, I bought her a lego set last year and she certainly didn’t seem disappointed then, but a year has passed! She could have completely changed her opinion on the things now! She’s a teenager, and god only knows how their minds work… I mean, she’s still mentally probably about nine and a half aside from the boys are icky mentality - unfortunately… I don’t know, she’d probably still like legos… What do you think though?
It's times like these that remind me how glad I am that I only have one sister. She's happy if she gets a gift that has nothing to do with kids.
That does sounds like a good idea, but maybe you should see if she wants to build it with a friend. Her friend Oskar likes Star Wars. Â That would be a cute little activity for them. You could always one up that if need be and take her to the new Star Wars movie premiere, whenever that ends up being.
Do you reckon Annie’s too old for me to get her Lego Bricks for Christmas now?
As in like the kiddie ones, or an actual set that requires skill and knowing that you shouldn't put the pieces in your mouth? Because the sets are kind of cool and many teenagers like them.Â
That was a bit of a long answer, but no I don't think she's too old for lego. I know my sister wasn't at seventeen. Is Annie still in to lego, that's what you need to be asking yourself.
Gwen!
I’m sure that you have nothing to worry about.Â
If I have anything to say in it, your birthday will be absolutely terrific. I do! And I look wonderful in it.Â
I'm sure you do, and I cant wait to see it. I wonder if you will find me first or if I will find you. I have a feeling it will be pretty easy to locate you, even if you have an amazing mask - your dance moves tend to give you away.
Do you know if Tris is coming? He's here in Paris and he said he would come, but it would be his first official royal event and I can understand if he changes his mind.Â
Gwen!
Happy Birthday!Â
Thank you, I hope it's a good birthday. I hope that everyone enjoys the party I planned. You have your costume ready right?
Jenna on the set of Doctor Who (April 15, 2014).
Like mother, like daughter.
The setting is as natural as possible, and that’s the real place as opposed to an artificial movie set so in that way it was the style we were working from. But then we take artistic license in altering things to convey more what it would feel like at that time, using music that gives the emotional quality that I wanted the scene to have as opposed to what actually might be the song [from that period]. A combination to create the impression of what it might have been like. - Sofia Coppola

Feeling strangely tired and nauseous lately.
Good, then. Understandable. I feel strangely supported, actually. I appreciate the sentiment. Will you rub my back while I vomit though? Because that’s an important gesture in a friendship, I find. Ah, see I can teach you how to do that as well, if you have something particular in mind. Or you could just have Remy keep him out of the kitchen, and you can hide while I do the cooking for you.Â
Yeah, I’m sure they do. I am really lucky that way, I’d never considered that. I will never ever have to worry about getting somebody pregnant. That is such great news. Probably, but I’m sure Jeremy will help you out. And I probably will as well if you ask me really nicely and fly me out. That is a bit of a shame, yeah. Oh god. I don’t know. I’ve actually been thinking about kids lately. I don’t know why. But… I think it’d be good to have some little people to raise. And if I had my choice I think I’d like an even ratio of boys and girls. So like, two kids, one boy, one girl. Or something. And they’d have to look at least a bit like me or my husband. Just so we’d look like a really nice, cute family.Â
Yes, of course. You never know when you'll get totally drunk and need the comfort of having your back rubbed. I think I should probably learn, you won't always be around when Henri is - and I was going to start sorta searching for my own place. It might not happen right away, but you'll probably want me out of your hair now that you're dating and so am I. Again it won't happen right away, but I figured I should at least be browsing. The point is, you should teach me some kid friendly yet healthy dishes. Kraft Dinner  and rice krispie squares is probably getting a little dull for him.
Of course you have, that tends to happen when you start dating someone amazing. I know you both would help out, but I'd probably just buy those paints and markers that only work on the special paper. Â I've had fleeting thoughts about it in a few relationships of mine, it's normal. Ah, so you're going the surrogate route. That's a good plan.Â
Feeling strangely tired and nauseous lately.
Good. Should I put a wastebasket in your room? Like right by your bed? It might be more convenient if you get worse. By the way, if I do that, I am making it your responsibility to toss out the sick when you’re feeling well again because I am not going to do that. Yeah, you’d probably inadvertently give me food poisoning or… salmonella. I could maybe teach you how to make soup. When you’re feeling alright again. For future reference.Â
Oh, that’s lovely. I can imagine, did your father have to kill anyone to keep it out of the press or was it just enormous amounts of blackmail? Right, I see. I imagine that would have been scary. Which boyfriend was this with? Oh, definitely. It would be the spunkiest most positive and artistic child that ever lived. Girls are apparently easier to potty train, so. You know, yeah. Daughters is a good idea.
No, no trust me. I'm fine. My stomach is recovering now. I just need to take it slow. I wouldn't do it for you either so don't worry about it. If you had long hair I would hold it back for you though. Yeah when I'm better I'll let you teach me how to make soup. I think the cool aunt thing is wearing thing when it comes to Henri, he's going to start expecting me to serve him tasty and yet deceptively healthy food soon.Â
Probably a little bit of both. It was a little, but most women have at least one in their lifetime. You're lucky you'll never have to experience that panic. The last one, before Jeremy. Sam. We parted on not so great terms, so I was stressed. Oh great, that means I'll cleaning crayons off the walls and floor for years. It's really a shame you can't choose if you have a boy or a girl. Not that I would, it's just cool to think about. Do you know what you'd want, if you ever want to have kids?
Feeling strangely tired and nauseous lately.
Ah, I see. Well, try not to throw up on anything, and I’ll go ahead make you some chicken soup and gelato. Tea as well, if you’d like.Â
What lesson did you learn? Do you have a secret child or something? You just accidentally got pregnant and then shuffled off your baby to some orphanage somewhere, didn’t you? Well, that’s good. I don’t think I’m quite prepared enough mentally to be “Uncle Toby” and look after a you/Jeremy hybrid. Which by the way, would probably be equally as beautiful as it would be terrifying because the amount of energy that it would have to have would just be absolutely tremendous.Â
Don't worry, I'm pretty fast. And the bathroom is less than ten feet from my room. I'm also fairly sure I'm past that point. That would be lovely, but try to keep your distance. I won't be able to cook nice soups for you if you get sick, or if I did it probably would make you feel worse.
Yes actually, I have about six illegitimate children that were all adopted by families all over Europe. It was hard to keep that many stories out of the papers let me tell you. But no, I just had a scare once before. I was overreacting though, I just went through a breakup and well yeah - it was an emotional time. Oh, I know - Henri would be a trip to the spa after being with whatever kind of child I would have with Jeremy. Whoever the father of my future children is, I hope I have girls. They are easier than boys.Â
The preparations for my birthday party have begun.
This is the first time I've planned it myself, I hope everyone enjoys themselves as much as I will.
Feeling strangely tired and nauseous lately.
Tell me you’re not pregnant.
I don't think so... I'm pretty sure the room service guy at Disney had some kind of flu - he was looking really pale the last day we were there.Â
No, I've learned my lesson. I think I've been on the pill since I was eighteen.I do not want children before I'm married, so even if something goes horribly wrong I have a plan in place.
Feeling strangely tired and nauseous lately.
Either I ate something weird, or I picked up a bug. I hope it's the former. Either way, I'd rather not leave my bed for a few days.
