Gimme the Green

Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall knew going into Thursday night's game that he would most likely be getting fined for his cleats.

But to him, it was more important to draw awareness to his cause than the extra $10,500.

Marshall wore the green cleats to advocate for Mental Health Awareness week which ran from October 6th-12th.

Marshall has become a prominent figure in trying to raise awareness for others with mental illness as publicly announcing a borderline personality disorder.

Cleats off to an honorable move, BM.
