idk how to articulate it properly but as a smaller fanwork creator of a specific character or characters (Boothill and Ashveil in my case), the way that some fans with a bigger following act towards smaller ones is kind of wild honestly, especially when they think what they say or do won't be noticed by the smaller creator? like I've had it happen to me a few times and I always feel mixed about it. I can never tell if I'm like misinterpreting something idk
also deadass some people are in like a perpetual pissing contest about their understanding or affection for a character and quite frankly act like nonsharing yumes who only tolerate other yumes interacting with them bc it gives them an audience. maybe I'm getting a little Too Real in saying that but it's something I've noticed a few times lol
