I’m so late but happy ace week to my fellow aces 💜💜💜 hope you guys are all having a great day
Guys say they want a girl who's a virgin and then they get mad when she doesn't give it up for them. How do you think we stay virgins? You aint worth it
there's not a single nonchalant bone in my body. I care so much I could literally vomit.
I don't think I'm meant to be loved. Maybe I'm just supposed to be alone.
Have you ever seen Steven Universe? I ask, because Pearl's disgust about eating food pretty much sums up my feelings about sex!
I have several years ago, that sounds like a good analogy!
I know this will be an unpopular opinion, but I think it's possible that Rumi from Kpop Demon Hunters could be asexual! Mira and Zoey swooned over Abby's abs, but Rumi didn't care.
Because I know some people will get confused, asexual doesn't mean no romantic feelings. It means little to no sexual desire. I know, Rumi has romantic feelings for Jinu. It's just possible that she has little to no sexual feelings for him because she only expressed romantic interest in him, not sexual.
How do you feel when you see another girl wearing revealing clothes? Personally, I think a lot of clothes made for girls these days are too revealing. The more scantily-clad a person is, the more likely I am to worry that they are not wearing underwear or would have a wardrobe malfunction.
It depends because sometimes I think it can look cute if it's something like a strapless top and shorts that are short but still entirely cover your behind, other times I feel indifferent, and sometimes it can look trashy. One time when I was working at the Halloween store a girl came in wearing booty shorts, a bra, and an open jacket. I felt like she shouldn't have been allowed in the store without a shirt since it's a public space, but it wasn't my say.
I agree that clothing for girls are really revealing, and also tight. When I go short shopping everything is super tight and short, girls should have more options than that. I'm also tired of crop tops. I want full length tops back.
I often feel like I'll just be alone most if not the rest of my life since I don't want sex yet people expect me to satisfy my potential partner whenever he wants it and don't expect him to respect me not wanting it
Sometimes being asexual is great because you're not horny or sex focused like allos and then other times it's isolating because a majority of people don't understand you so they think you're weird or lying and most people won't date you

here’s a couple more
new additions
new one hot off the press
via rosecrystal but these are too good not to add
thank you oli for your humble contribution
unbelievable that i’ve yet to add this
good news i found a new addition
The fact that some people would rather die instead of never have sex for the rest of their lives when from a young age I was fine with the idea of never having sex should have been my first clue to me being ace. Like wdym other people are that dependent on sex? Crazy to think about
Why do a lot of people fixate on the idea of them or someone else dying a virgin? Why is it seen as a super tragic thing? There's more to life than that.
Starting to think that in addition to being ace that I may also just be sexually frigid in a medical sense. Does anyone else feel this way? Can I be both of these at once?
i didn't have "i'm broken" teenage asexual angst i had "i'm literally being the only reasonable one about this concept and the rest of you are behaving like fucking freaks" perception issues
This is so fucking funny
Since it's pride month I'm going to say. Can we stop making fun of adults who don't have sex. Not even particularly asexuals, just general people who don't like sex personally or don't want to have it for whatever reason. It's just not great to portray people who don't have sex as weird losers or naive little kids or whatever, even as a joke
For real. It's about respect and boundaries. Either you value consent or you don't. Giving people shit for abstaining, for whatever reason, implies that you don't care. Do better.
