Do you think flowers see a light turn on and mistake it for the actual sunlight? Do they notice the difference? Or do they bash into the light like moths so they could survive. Sometimes I feel myself getting a glimpse of warmth from someone. A flickering light that shines on me. And I immediately think of the sun. I pour my heart out thinking that the sun will shine brighter for me but all it does is is shut off its lights. Then I just think "how stupid of me to have thought you were the sun". I feel like I search for light in people in hopes I'm worthy enough for them to become the sun for me. Like they actually want to give me this warmth. Not just flicker. So I keep having this vision in my head and in my heart that I'm held in your arms the way flowers welcome the sun. How I wish I could feel the sun.

Sometimes I think about Shrek 2 and just cry about the fact that like yeah she IS a Princess and yeah he IS an Ogre but that never made they're love feel weird or out of the ordinary. It made it feel real. Love is sacrifice, love is choosing a person no matter what. Even if your own insecurities are in your way. True love is what ultimately comes back to you.

What is it about the thought of "almost" having something that just drives us fully insane? Why does hope always sneak into my heart forcing it to pump for someone that wouldn't dare to actually be with me?
Okay I promise its the last one for today BUT. Never falling in love or having a crush on someone ever again. For what? To get humiliated again? No thank you. I'm so full of love and I despise that the most about myself. Love has never showed me mercy so why crave it anymore. Can't believe I ever thought I'd get it.
And also fuck everyone. I never wanted anything more than just human connection and be with people and find love or spread love but all I keep experiencing is this bullshit. I know it's probably just all directed at the wrong person/the wrong people. But damn. Where is the right one? Why is it that I have to meet everyone wrong first. It feels like I constantly have to renew myself without this one second of peace. No time for sitting, no time for anything. Just repeated attaching and then letting go.
I genuinely sometimes believe that it seems the Universe is just trying to tell me that I'm meant to be alone. That every attachment that I make leaves me, or hurts me, or both. That people do things with me out of pity that some people dont actually see me as a friend. Like I always pour my heart out but it's somehow still never enough. And then I get ridiculed. I kept trying to run from my sadness or at least not let other people actually see it but it seems like no matter what people always see through me. Everything that I've learnt is that I should keep almost everyone at arms length. That there's no constant. I have no person.
My head is literally consumed by Jackieshauna I literally cannot stop. And I love that my algorithm feels the same because I keep seeing PEAK edits of them.
