I mean, I think there's a disconnect between Lego's designers who definitely do care, (see the stickers, among other things) and the upper management who don't seem interested in acknowledging it, or are at least really really unsure of what to do with it. (Can't entirely blame them given G2's performance, but it also feels like there was a pre-existing lack of faith in the line that caused a lot of those issues to begin with...) But either way, yeah, harassing the employees about it is incredibly bad, and people need to chill out massively and knock that shit off.
