Sad news - I woke up in the middle of the night and found out that - My favorite game- animal crossing pocket camp- that I’ve been playing every single day since March 2020 is ending

Or changing to an offline mode where there will be no new events & we can’t interact with friends

There isn’t much info yet

Idk what is going to happen. But I’m so sad. This has been such a constant thing in my life. My wife & I both play it together, & have fun decorating our campsites and giving each other gifts. I’m trying not to get too upset because I don’t know exactly what will happen. They will give us more information in October & it officially ends November 28th

It hurts too because this month has been one of my favorites on the game. And it’s gotten me more excited about what events will be happening in the future & there won’t be any after November - or maybe even earlier- they haven’t told us much

Can’t express enough how important this game has been for me over the past 4 years. It’s been such a source of joy in my life.

I’ll still play whatever offline version they offer. But the not knowing what is going to happen is so hard. And the knowing that it won’t ever be the same in a few short months is so hard too.
