Went a bit more editorial with it than literal.

had a blast designing Hermione’s clothes. Went through a few drafts, as clothes are fun. So for minister of magic, I figure she’d be styled, much like any head of state is. I definitely don’t think she’d dress to the nines like this every day. This would be more her ‘press conference’ outfit. Extra-Witchy for mass appeal. In her teacher outfit she gets to have a much more relaxed less buttoned up look, and gets to have much more freedom in general with her look- including letting down her hair.
