Just a place to celebrate the people (mutuals) and posts I like. This includes their art, writing, photos, etc. This also includes my wonderful friends creating their own nsfw content. I will only reblog posts (music, art, images,) I enjoy and original content from my mutuals: their photos, art, writing, etc., with their source info intact. I will immediately take down anything by request and will offer a sincere apology on my part if I mess this up. Again, reposting is still new to me. The whole point of this is to celebrate posts of people I respect and admire, while keeping my main blog dedicated to original content. So, I will not be adding anyone who is not already a mutual there. This is all about the mutuals

hi my dear tumblr friends <3 my name is annie! i'm a first generation armenian-palestinian american, and i'm raising money for my Arabic teacher and her family in Gaza.

As I'm sure most of you are aware, the situation in Gaza is becoming more and more dire every day. My Arabic teacher, Alia, and her family live in Gaza and are currently at the al-Zawaida refugee camp after their house was partially demolished and burnt. As of now, they have not been reached by any relief organizations or charities, and therefore have limited access to food and clean drinking water.

The cost of food and water has inflated dramatically in Gaza: the price of vegetables and flour have risen by 32% and 65% respectively, and the price of water has increased by 100%. Alia has estimated that a family of four needs about $20-25 a day just for food and water.

I have been sending Alia money as I can via Paypal, but I really need your help! The $5000 fundraising goal here would cover that $20-25/day for Alia and her family for a little over 6 months, but ultimately there are 20 more families in her extended family at al-Zawaida (and many other families as well) that I would like to be able to help, so if we can exceed this fundraising goal, the money will continue to be sent to Alia to support her, her extended family, and her neighbors at al-Zawaida.

I understand times are financially difficult for all of us, so don't feel pressured to donate, but please please SHARE this link with others so those who are able to help me support Alia and her family will see this <3 love you all so much, thank you thank you <3
