Gomen.
Well, that was the expected reply so Kageyama wasn’t all that surprised by it. It was Daichi after all and he learned that this was often his personality towards the matter. As the large jacket drapes over his body, Kageyama suddenly begins to feel a lot smaller than he normally does. The only thing that makes him okay with this is because he’s wearing Daichi’s jacket. Kageyama would never give up that feeling, he likes it too much.
Suddenly Daichi is pulling Kageyama gently by the hips so that he’s much closer to Daichi’s body and his cheeks burn crimson when the sensation of lips are against his nape. Oh gosh, that was definitely something Kageyama hadn’t expected and he was definitely feeling far more warm than he had just a few moments ago.
“…O…Okay.”
Daichi pulled away reluctantly, but laced his fingers through Kageyama’s as gave him a small tug, finally ready to be off to enjoy the night and catch up. Not that there was much to say- Nothing really happened to him while he was away at college- new friends, not many new adventures or experiences- just lot’s of studying, sleeping, eating, and occasional working out so he didn’t turn into a mess.
He really didn’t feel like bragging about any of that- Plus, he was sure telling Kageyama about all the amazing people he met would probably take this first date down an awkward path. Maybe he’d be interested in talking about his life since Daichi left? Maybe? Probably not, but he had to at least ask.
“Anything new happen to you while I was away?”
Hinata stumbled a little as he was tugged inside by Tanaka. He couldn’t recall if he’s ever been to the upperclassman’s house for an extended period of time before. The small first year let out a soft gasp as he looked around quickly, taking in all the details he could.
When the other began to speak, his attention quickly guided his eyes to the taller male, and he listened carefully. He watched Tanaka carefully with the sparkle in his eyes that he gets when he’s playing volleyball.
“That sounds great!” The ginger replied excitedly, bouncing on the balls of his feet for a moment.
It was easy to tell how excited Hinata really was. The junior wasn’t very good at concealing it- not that he was either, but considering he was just on the verge of falling asleep out of boredom, he was a lot more relaxed than normal. Relaxed- Definitely not an adjective he ever thought he’d use to describe himself.
Nodding off in the direction he began to walk as to get the smaller boy to follow him, he motioned at the couch, and tossed the TV remote onto the nearest cushion.
“You choose a show, I’ll get popcorn, sound good?”
A drawn out groan left his mouth. Akaashi slammed his head onto the ground, immediately regretting it. He gingerly took the others hand, moving onto his knees.
“Don’t laugh at me. Do not. It was an unfortunate accident that you should erase from your mind.” Akaashi stood up and was hit with a wave of dizziness that almost sent him back onto the ground. Great. He was stuck here, too dizzy to move with some other boy that was holding back laughter.
It was then that he realized his shirt was stained with blood. “Are you serious?! Hey. Do you happen to have any tissues? Otherwise I’m going to wipe my nose on your shirt.”
“Ah! Tissue-” Teru stood along with him and squirmed around, tugging his backpack off to dig through it, looking for anything that could possibly be used. Gym uniform was good right? Better than nothing- And as a plus he could get out of it since his uniform would be ‘ruined’. Win win situation.
He gently cupped the other guys face, gently wiping at the ridiculous amount of blood.
“Make sure you tilt your head back- Okay? You should probably sit down too- I mean, I’m guessing you’re late to where ever you were off to already seeing as you were in such a rush you hurt yourself. Where were you off to anyways? Really that important?”

Akaashi skidded around a corner, nearly falling. Some how he managed to not wake up with his alarm. He was surprised because this had never happened o him. How was he supposed to explain this to Bokuto? Akaashi’s eyes narrowed and he sped up. Jumped a fence and ran into a problem; his foot had gotten caught on the fence and he face planted straight into the ground. A series of broken moans and a few choice curses flew out of his mouth. He looked up, nose bleeding, just as a shadow appeared over him.
“You didn’t see that.”
Unlike the other, he wasn’t in such a rush. Teru continually told himself that he had plenty of time to get everywhere, do everything, when in reality as soon as he got to class he’d be scolded for being so easy going. But, that’s what made life fun, right? Not worrying, enjoying every second to the fullest.
Especially when something hilarious happened. His eyes were hooked on the miserable kid who had just managed to do one of the most ungraceful things he had ever seen- Pretty impressive.
As soon as the others face collided with the ground, he winced, but then did his best to choke back laughter that was bubbling up. Kneeling beside him, his normal, overly wide grin peeked onto his face, offering a hand to the oh-so-very unlucky boy.
“I saw it. I should’ve filmed it. But, you didn’t give me any time to pull out a camera.”
It was weird, the lips on his neck like that. Soft, burning, making him shiver and instinctively tilt his head to the side so the captain could keep going. So he could keep feeling good. A shaky breath escaped him, as a hand brushed over his chest.
Turning his head to look at his boyfriend, his highly energetic and very irritating boyfriend, he couldn’t help the pout that grew on his lips. Letting out a grunt, he hesitantly moved closer. Tilting his head to one side, quickly checking if it was okay to kiss the captain or not, by glancing up to meet his eyes.
Gently he pressed his lips on Teru’s, the basket creaking beneath his fingers as he was tightening the grip further. Eyes fluttered shut, his body seeming to relax now, as well as his hold on the food filled basket. Teru managed to get him tense but also to relax in a heartbeat.
Before he knew it, his tongue brushed over Terushima’s lips.
Having Kyo finally initiate kisses himself was fantastic- Every time he gave him that cute look before pursuing him, his body quaked with anticipation. All the practice they got in kissing really paid off too, allowing his boyfriend to take the lead once in a while like he was doing right now.
Teru’s hands rested against Kyo as he pulled himself in closer, lips parting, allowing the other boy the access he wanted, impatiently letting his own tongue graze over his.
Irresistible was the perfect word to describe the feeling he got during moments like this. Kyo was irresistible, the kisses were irresistible, everything happening right at this moment was irresistible- And he felt like the luckiest man alive.
even after graduating bokuto probably can’t help but drop by occasionally

“You packed uh?” Kyoutani asked, eyes narrowing as he then looked over to Terushima, wondering about his behaviour. Had he done something bad? Why was Teru seemingly… nervous? Probably would describe the situation best? Kyoutani did take the basket tho, and looked through it. He didn’t see anything that would be considered weird, only the good stuff. Wonder how much Terushima spent on these.
Kyoutani was about to pick something out from the basket, when he heard the words, when he actually paid attention to what the other was doing. How Teru stared at him like that. It… kind of made him feel special. Made him feel good. Kyoutani swallowed, hoping it was discreet enough.
“Didn’t you say you didn’t have to ask, now that we’re dating?” He mumbled, cheeks heating up as he looked the other way, holding the basket tightly.
Teru nodded, even though he was sure Kyoutani didn’t notice- He was too busy being the shy one now, gripping tightly at the basket, turning away. It suited him, being unsure and easily flustered. It was more than adorable and only made Teru more eager.
He leaned in, mouth contently suckling on Kyo’s neck, tongue lapping at the sensitive skin. It was amazing how good he tasted- It wasn’t like anything he had ever had before, but it was everything he craved. His hand gradually made it’s way up, running over ever ridge and bump of the other boys chest.
Man he’s so hot-
Pulling back slightly Teru beamed like a child at his boyfriend, “You have to look at me if you want more kisses, Kyo.” A few kisses would hopefully be enough to hold him over while they sat and actually enjoyed the picnic food. That’s all he needed, a few kisses, and he could calm down, and the date could go on.
same, oikawa

“Shut up with the ‘King’ crap, I’m here too!”
“I’m Hinata Shouyou, and I sprouted from that concrete.”
Reminder that the first time Hinata met the tallest person on his team, he straight up jumped over the guy, and snatched a volleyball out of the air above his head. He jumped more than 190 cm in the air. He then proceeded to assert his presence, and tell Tsukishima off for ignoring and underestimating him. Reminder that all this was because Tsukki was basically bullying Hinata’s rival (read “goal”).
Reminder that when Hinata met arguably the best high school volleyball player in the prefecture (or was it the country?), he once again jumped and snatched a volleyball from the air and out of his reach, because Ushiwaka was trashtalking Aobajousai. The team that Karasuno’s been trying to beat all year, that Hinata’s seen first hand has all kinds of really skilled players, who Ushiwaka is talking about like dirt. Aobajousai is Karasuno’s current rival, Hinata’s current goal. And he won’t stand for Ushiwaka making them seem insignificant, anymore than he would if it were Kageyama.
Reminder that canonically Hinata’s response to people belittling rivals that he looks up to (which is also by extension belittling him) is to just… jump over them. He just jumps impossibly high, grabs their volleyball from midair, and then tells them off, and says he’ll win. Like, the only thing he’s good at is jumping, so his strategy for intimidating people is to jump over them, and say a cool line when he lands. And it works. How even.
Reminder that Hinata Shouyou is 162.8 cm of bouncy sunshine and intensity and terror, who can almost definitely jump over your head while you’re standing up, who never gives up a fight even when he’s already lost, and won’t let anyone trashtalk him or his unbelievable ambitions. If that means defending his rivals, he won’t hesitate. If you don’t already respect Hinata to some degree, you should seriously consider it.
