Made a couple Warriors OCs!
Meet Luna and Shred, daughter and son of Sol.
Luna and Shred were born to the enemy of the clans, Sol, and a she-cat named Starling. Though Shred was named Robin when he was born. When Starling was pregnant with kits, she a Sol, settle into a downtown area where there were many stray cats. They found a group of cats that were remnants of Bloodclan. Sol saw the opportunity to manipulate these cats, so he told them they can regain their lost glory and seek revenge against the clans. He ended up becoming their strategist and recruiter. Though, over time, his mate, Starling, started to see past Sol’s manipulations as soon as their kits were weaned. All she could see was him laying around and distracted everyone from calling him out on it. Any feelings she had for him faded as the cats they were surrounding themselves with were getting more bloodthirsty, making her feel less safe for herself and her kits.
Starling, at one point, tried to leave with her kits. But Shred wanted to stay because he wanted to be skilled fighter like the Bloodclan cats. As for Luna, who was always taken in by her father’s stories, couldn’t bring herself to leave him and Shred. Seeing there was no convincing the two, Starling decides to just leave on her own.
Though Luna had decided to stay, she mostly just spent time with her own family rather than the other cats in Bloodclan. Their love of bloodshed is a bit of a turn off for her… So she mostly spent her time just tending to Sol as he gets weaker with age. Bringing him food, taking care of his ticks, etc. As she does so, she becomes increasingly worried about her brother’s addiction to fighting…
Shred, on the other paw, slowly became one of the modern Bloodclan’s best fighters. But like Starling, he also sees past Sol’s manipulations and begins to resent him for his laziness and never wanting to get his own claws dirty.
So basically, I had this idea for a fanfic with Luna as the protagonist where she escapes Bloodclan and ends up living with the Clans beside the lake where she learns that everything her father told her was a big fat lie. And now she has to figure out how she can hide her lineage or if she should just come clean and hope she would be accepted. Basically a story of her escaping a toxic family and legacy for a found family.
I just like the idea of Sol having a daughter who ends up being the one to take care of him into his old age. Only to find out all the terrible things he did and that he was just not a reliable narrator when he tells her of his “exploits”. So she would end up turning her back on him for the clans.
