i wrote a post about ship i like and i posted my opinion, which bothers people. i find this funny. like gruvia fans harras graylu fans and otherwise. then you cant have your own opinion? like i dont know you will be proselyted because fans of other ships will convince you? that is not how it works. stop writing to me, i will not answer to that, because im tired of explaining why i think like that and leave your right to yourself.

if you people keep doing that, there will be war and war. you really want that? you all are that stubborn?

and of course i dont like Juvia. You dont have character you hate/love? so stop and dont embarass yourself.

This would be a really great post if you weren't one of the biggest hypocrites I have seen on this app .

A few days ago a gruvia fan posted a photo from twitter about her and other gruvia fans talking about the ship that they like and how they like juvia in a perfectly reasonable way without targeting ANYONE .

Yet this one Graylu shipper ( I said one because not all graylu shippers are toxic, just like not all gruvia shippers are toxic, I suggest you do the same nex time) started bombing the completely positive chat with negative comments about the ship and the character and started disrespecting their opinion and trying to convince them that their opinion was wrong .

These are things that you have said in this very post are wrong because as you said people are entitled to their opinion and that everyone is allowed to hate/love whatever character they want .

Yet you commented on the gruvia fan post that said that they would show each time she would get harrased by that graylu fan :

So if a gruvia fan wants to harass à graylu fan about their ship they're in the wrong .

But if a graylu fan does it they're just " sharing their opinions " and the person who was just showing her hateful encounters has " no life "

Their is NOTHING wrong with having a different opinion than others but their is something wrong when you keep harrasing people about their own opinions and trying to force them into changing their opinions .

You literally said this in your post but when it applies to graylu shippers they aren't doing anything wrong .

I’m not sure why people can’t just like what they like and leave others alone. Though I am a canon shipper I always encourage others to leave non can shippers alone. I hate with a passion when some pro shippers act like someone shipping something different it will affect canon. Like the story is the story and nothing anyone says will change it so why not allow folks who don’t have a canon ship enjoy fanfics, fan art, and anything else the fandom might produce. If someone wanna talk about Juvia couldn’t care less. I like her but I understand not everyone will. Not all characters are gonna be liked by everyone and that’s fine. I’m a huge Lucy fan and I use to actively defend but I stopped doing that a few years back too. I can’t force people to see things from my perspective and I wish others would see it like that when they are trashing people like you who aren’t a fan of Juvia. People need to learn that it’s okay for you to hate a character just as much as it is for them to love a character. Anyways I just wanted to say this from a pro side who doesn’t believe in beefing with antis especially those that just stay in their lanes and don’t bother us pros.

You see how sensitive people are when you don't agree with them? Or when you don't like their favorite character they harrass you.

I just don't like characters like her. This is not something like my comfort character. But I think I can't have my own opinion in these times. Like I can't have my own right.

But this is how internet works. You can't escape when someone doesn't agree with you.

Yes, I replied in very mean way. You know why? I am just tired of explaining and I knew that all the angry comments gonna flow to me. And from here I'm gonna ignore these people because I'm done. Because of that I feel like I can't like my favourites.

I never said that harrassing shippers of others ship is okay!! They only see what they want to see and I couldn't help that. I even pointed that this isn't okay.

This is my last post about this drama. I hope it ends soon, because I see no point over arguing about ships. Yet, people only see their truth.

Ship whatever you want, please. Read fanfics, made edits with whoever you want and accept each other's decisions.

I'm really glad I'm not into fandoms so much, because I hate wars, arguing and explaining myself again and again.

It's not right that you give gray a free pass for the nasty things he has done. Like literally making lucy uncomfortable, he's stalked her home, broke into her apartment, commented on her undressed state and so on. I don't understand how you can be so sexist and one sided. Like sure you can ship whatever you want, but the graylu community is really focused on hating juvia when you should be more focused on liking graylu. Juvia is not keeping your ship apart, you are.

Lately I saw something funny

Like Fairy Tail is my favorite anime and I have my ships and I have characters I love and I hate.

In my opinion one ship is unnecessary. Why? Here's explanation:

I don't like Juvia. She is so annoying to me, clingy, stalker. If this is okay for everyone else, then good, ship whatever you want but respect others decisions.

Now people gonna reapond to me and say how they like Juvia bc I said that I hate her?? Is this even normal? And of course I ship other ships, not the force ones. I really wanted Gray to be with Lucy, then with Erza and even with Ultear. It would be FOR ME so much better. Many times you can see that Gruvia is forced till the point that author decided to pair them. Search for interview where he admitted that he wanted him to be with Erza. I also heard about ugly comments towards him, because people wanted their ship. Well if u know the same thing happened in the TV series Teen Wolf.

If you like clingy, weird, psycho jealous people that's okay, your choice but respect others and don't try to convince that Juvia with him is better. End this weird circle and ship whatever you want.

And yes I like GrayLu. Gonna hate me for that because you think you know better?

I’m going to respond to this post. The comments were off so I cannot argue directly.

1. I’m not excusing Juvia’s behavior. She definitely did continue to make advances at him despite Gray not being interested.

2. You are not entirely wrong however— Juvia did not separate Gray from his friends— She didn’t attempt to take him away from them— And she didn’t prevent his friends from talking to him— She just acted like a jealous girlfriend— and while I’ll admit that’s not good that’s pretty bad— it doesn’t change the fact that Gray is a grown ass man that makes his own choices regardless of what Juvia says.

3. I’m gonna be honest I don’t remember a scene in the show where Gray felt paranoid because of Juvia. I’m not saying that isn’t true— I’m just saying I don’t recall that happening

4. emotionally manipulated him?? she apologized for killing his fucking dad?! like one would?! of course she felt fucking guilty and undeserving of him— SHE KILLED HIS FUCKING DAD?! how is her saying “I’m sorry, I don’t deserve to love you— because I know you loved him and I killed him” GRAY LITERALLY THANKED HER FOR FREEING HIM!!

5. Get real, it’s anime. Everybody knows where everybody is.

6. How is she a danger to everybody else for her emotional outbursts— Juvia expressing how she feels has never hurt anybody??

7. I’m sorry but this one is so stupid— she’s willing to kill for him because she’s in love with him. When somebody means a lot to you— and there’s somebody that is a threat to them— that is trying to harm them possibly kill them— you would do your best to save them— even if it meant killing them— it’s instincts bro. this is an anime— everything is dramatic. be so fr there is no scenario in this anime where Juvia kills somebody because they were gonna hurt Gray.

8. There comes a point in the show where Gray doesn’t tell Juvia much— even when she has her fantasies— he expresses that they come at bad times like when he and Juvia have to defeat an enemy together— at the beginning of the show he definitely did but we’ve come a long way and Gray has made a lot of choices since then.

9. Her weird little fantasies are slowly turning into reality.. I’m sorry but gruvia is literally cannon.

end note: It’s okay to ship Gray with other people. It’s okay to ship Juvia with other people. What’s not okay is using that as a reason to go and bash Juvia. I’ll admit the bitch is weird but Gray is a GROWN ASS MAN!! HE CHOOSES TO HAVE HER BY HIS SIDE REGARDLESS OF WHAT SHES DONE IN THE PAST!! and i’m sorry but it doesn’t look like that’s going to change. Anyways stan gruvia for clear skin.

He was rejecting her for a very long time, so she should come to her senses and not stalk him, make plushies of him (which is super weird), she keeps calling his friends love rivals. Is this okay? Her behavior isn't okay and never was. I don't know how someone can love a person who is just annoying and stalking and even washes herself with a sponge with someone's face?? Funny.

But that is my opinion. Gray should be happy and I personally think Juvia has so many issues to begin with.
