i'll preface this with i'm doing EVERYTHING i can, including finding legal representation.

i swear. this is the last time i'll ever ask anyone for help here ever again. if you want me to, i'll even delete my account. but i am DESPERATE right now. let me explain.

as you saw a few months ago, we had to get new tires for the car because our tires blew. that set us behind on the car payment. in may, we paid what we could, which was a $500 payment. we were getting caught up. then, a pet needed emergency veterinary care which set us back about $800. on top of that, my mother had emergency surgery and we were paying for a lot of gas to get back and forth to her. then, my sister went to jail because she was pulled over and didn't have car insurance and i had to bail her out. this is literally the tip of the iceberg. i'm not going to sit here and c ontinue to tell you my entire sob story because i know that's not entirely helpful.

just know that it's been one thing after another snowballing into this huge disaster.

a few days ago, i get a knock on the door and this guy says he's repossessing our vehicle. AT 10PM!!! ON A FRIDAY!!! there's nothing we could do all weekend.

the thing is, we received no notification. our payment ISN'T EVEN at the 90 days past due yet. it is against state law to repo a vehicle without proper written notice. we received NOTHING. no notice, no email, no anything. not only that, but i've been in contact with the bank and we made a payment plan. it was approved and everything.

if we can't get the vehicle back, that will destroy my credit and put me in 100x worse situation than i'm already in, which is bad enough with me having a 7-day eviction notice due to all this insane stuff happening. and if my wife can't get to work, she will LOSE HER JOB and then we are officially done for.

i am BEGGING on my hands and knees at this point, for something, anything. $0.50, $1, it all helps. PLEASE

my wife can't lose her job. i dont wanna be homeless. i need to get the vehicle back before everything is 100x worse.
