Wdym my attention span is ruined bc of constant late night internet access and the short form videos and posts I allow it to shove in front of my eyes at all hours, and it will take an adjustment period to bring my mind back to normal and that involves making and re-making the conscious decision to put the phone down and remember how to live with the uncomfortable intrusive thoughts as I drift off to sleep and/or meditation
