Hufflepuff Sixth Year 16 Pureblood Open
Brought up in the heart of Scotland Ernest “Ernie” MacMillan stands as a confident, righteous, amicable, loving, and inherently loyal man. With an amazing set of parents and a younger sister whom he adores there was little that seemed far from perfect growing up for Ernie. Having had friends from early childhood, to having the impeccable ability to charm and win his way into people’s hearts.
Acutely aware of his ability with words, Ernie took quickly to using them to his advantage. Charming his way into many a girl’s beds, Ernie won over not only the ladies but found a way to win over professors and students the same. Inherently good hearted, it’s hard not to like Ernie, despite his cocky attitude Ernie manages to win just about everyone over.
At school, Ernie uses his charm and his eases his ease with people to get on everyone’s goodside. Despite being a seventh year Hufflepuff prefect Ernie is anything but scotch clean. Fulfilling his duties with ease, Ernie secretly engages in behaviors that would be shunned should anyone figure out a prefect was carrying them out. And as such he keeps his sexcapades, his affinity for pot, and his addiction to firewhiskey on the down low but never lets himself to go too long without any of his vices.
With the war looming around the corner, Ernie finds himself concerned for the well being of his friends and his family. Anything but a wuss, Ernie is determined to do whatever he can to fight off the deatheaters and knows that once the battle to end all battles occurs he will stand proudly at Harry’s side.

Slytherin Sixth Year 16 Pureblood Open
Pansy Parkinson had everything a girl could dream. A beautiful house, servants galore, funds that expanded on and on. However, one thing was missing— a vital thing; family. Pansy grew up as a girl deprived of loving figures. Her parents were cold people, only interested in climbing the social ladder. Pansy’s father was far too invested in dark magic to pay her much mind, and Pansy’s mother was far too busy gossiping and trying to find ways to advance the Parkinson name. Her mother even began the conquest of seeking out a husband for Pansy as soon as she was born. Now it’s a mere matter of who’s willing to marry off their son. Because of this lack of love, Pansy finds herself avoiding her parents, and forever holding a grudge against their negligence.
Often seen as the Ice Queen, or the Queen of Slytherin herself, Pansy is known for her cold exterior. There are very few people who see the true personality she possesses, and she’s careful who gets a glimpse. Having a stable group of friends since she first began school, Pansy can rely on few, and she’s careful who she trusts, even among them. The snake is always thinking three steps ahead, her sly persona making her perfectly well suit for Slytherin house. Pansy is determined to get what she wants, no matter what it takes. Besides her deceptive and cold ways, she is incredibly loyal. Pansy always looks out for her friends and would stop at nothing to keep them well. Additionally, Pansy possesses fire and spunk. She’s a true force to be reckoned with, and she finds entertainment in provoking other students into a duel of insults.
Not many people know this, but Pansy Parkinson is incredibly intelligent. Her grades are remarkable, and she’s incredibly proud, seeing as she puts minimal effort into her studies. However, she’s not quick to brag about her academic achievements, seeing as she believes that all who are ignorant of her intelligence are opponents, people who she’ll have to outsmart someday. It’s better to leave your opponent blind, or so she thinks. With this belief, Pansy only truly shares her marks with her friends, knowing her brains will come in handy one day. As for a career, Pansy isn’t sure she particularly wants one. It’s not common for pureblooded women, and in all honesty, she’d much rather sit at home and do nothing. Perhaps if there’s an opportunity she’ll take it, but as of now, her prime desire is to remain home, indulging in her wealth.
There’s no doubt that Pansy is a supporter of the Dark Lord. Her ideas in blood supremacy mirror his, and she too believes that mudbloods should be eliminated. However, Pansy is aware of what the Dark Lord’s regime does, and how it transforms people. She’s seen it first hand, between her father and Draco. With this knowledge, Pansy does everything in her power to prevent her friends from joining the ranks. She believes supporting the cause from afar is the best option as well as the safest.

Gryffindor Sixth Year 16 Half-blood Open
Growing up was always a ball for Seamus Finnigan, to him having a mam that was a witch and a dad that was a muggle gave him the best of both worlds. Every night his parents would read or tell him stories, and every once in awhile the story of how they stayed married, despite there differences, would crop up. It gave Seamus a slightly romantic view that love could overcome just about anything.
Going to public school and then Hogwarts, however, hardened his opinion a bit. For once he saw struggles people faced and it was strange to him. Sometimes, even after years at Hogwarts Seamus would out right deny the existence of hardship, like he did with Harry during their fifth year.
Usually, though, Seamus managed to lighten a situation with a joke or to schmooze his way out of sticky situations. It helped to have Dean Thomas always by his side, a friend that often brought him back to reality, and let Seamus copy off his homework. If Seamus applied himself, there is the likelihood that he could do well in school, but instead he chooses to do just enough to pass. Because for Seamus there’s too many pranks to pull and games of quidditch to play to spend his life with his noise in a book. Still, as his last year is encroaching it begins to dawn on Seamus that he might need something more concrete than pranks and accidental fires. Originally he had wanted to play quidditch professionally, but as he couldn’t even make the Hogwarts team he begins to lose faith in that.
One thing he doesn’t lose faith in, though, is the Order. One of the few concrete aspirations he has is to join the order once he becomes of age. There are even some thoughts in Seamus’s mind of regathering Dumbledore’s Army, but it’s more of a dream than something he thinks seriously about.

Slytherin Sixth Year 16 Pureblood Open
Daphne Greengrass had everything a girl could want, and then some, growing up. She was completely spoiled, getting granted any and everything she desired. Her parents were putty in her hands, and Daphne loved it that way. While she was growing to be a young woman, her parents trained her to be proper in every way possible. Between etiquette classes, dancing lessons, and anything of that nature, Daphne Greengrass was the ideal pure-blooded daughter. Nothing but praise could be heard from her parents, and she was beyond happy to hear it. However, her younger sister was not as fortunate as herself, or so she likes to view it. Astoria has no interest in being the perfect girl she has the potential to be, and Daphne can’t understand it for the life of her. Despite their differences, the sisters get along well, Daphne using Astoria as her tether and confidant.
Many could describe the eldest Greengrass girl as clueless, perhaps even daft. Although she speaks well and carries herself as if she possessed the knowledge of the world, that is far from the truth. Daphne truly does fit the stereotype of a blonde, and when you speak long enough to her, there’s no doubt that the stereotype was formed from her. However, her beautiful looks often overpower her lack of intelligence, making her all the more appealing. If there is one thing certain, Daphne knows she’s beautiful, and she has no problem flaunting her good looks around. A fun game for her is teasing boys, seducing them to spend the night. But that’s just it— the night. Daphne doesn’t wish to settle down into anything committed. Along with that, Daphne has a knack for getting what she wants, and doesn’t care what it takes to get it. But besides all that, there truly is an insecure girl underneath the surface. Daphne constantly frets over not being seen as perfect, the image of perfection driving her mad. Her thoughts constantly dive to how to better herself and how to remain on top.
Daphne never did well in school, which was a great disappointment to her parents. However, they told her not to worry, because a pureblood doesn’t need good grades, they’re naturally brilliant. With that being said, she often slacks off, thinking there’s nothing wrong with her poor marks. Daphne often bribes boys into doing her work and wings her exams. Although this results in poor marks over all, Daphne doesn’t care, because at least she’s having fun while everyone is off doing work. When she’s older she aspires to be the stay at home pure-blooded woman her mom sculpted her to be. Daphne thinks that being able to do that is an honor all on its own.
Although Daphne takes great pride in her blood status, she’s never one to openly discriminate. Her friends may partake in such acts, but Daphne is the silent bystander. It’s not that she believes in equality, it’s that she honestly could care less. The blonde just doesn’t wish to have her high ranking in society evoked. Her allegiance in the war is neutral, although she often speaks of siding with the Dark Lord to keep her friends and family at bay. The last thing Daphne wishes to do is look like she’s turning her back on the very people who treat her like the queen she is, or likes to think she is.
