Yeah Halsey has made mistakes but you're saying its okay to have literal hate blogs about someone? But you ignore all the good things she does like donating $100,000 to planned parenthood, raising awareness to multiple topics like lgbtq+, mental illness, racial issues, and sexual assault. How about you get a fucking life and focus on people that you love and support because this shit is unnecessary, theres artist I don't like but I don't have hate blogs about them, you're obsessed much???

it bothers me when some people point out that she would constantly talk about how she's bisexual, bipolar, etc. to the point where it's kind of annoying and her fans think that she's being made fun of for being those things... like no most people don't have a problem with her being those things, it's just the fact that she felt the need to bring it up every two seconds, and then all of her fans would say you had to support her because of all of that

So at minute 33:17 she starts explaining how “Strangers” is about her relationship(s) with a girl(s) BUT in this video at minute 11:25 Lauren Jauregui explains how at first the song had ‘He’ pronouns but suddenly H decided to change them.. which implies Halsey originally wrote this song about a guy but then changed her mind…

I mean maybe she wanted to contribute to the community and share her experiences from the goodness of her heart OR she saw a marketable demographic to milk… (The girl practically lives on the internet so I’m sure she’s aware of the requests from fans to have a song with 'she’ pronouns) 

In the end it’s all speculation and her fans will defend her every move so¯\_(ツ)_/¯ just food for thought

P.S regardless if the song is a marketing ploy, I still think songs like these are great for representation and there should be more songs with varying pronouns. Just wish they came from a place of authenticity…

i love halsey but i also love that you're not afraid to share your view on this. it's wonderful. admittedly, she has done some pretty questionable things, i just kind of let her get by with it because of bpd? like i know it's not okay but she is nowhere near as bad as my uncle is. the kissing minors thing is kind of weird though. but anyways, have a great day <3
