I don’t normally reblog this sort of thing, but I like this. There’s a lot of symbolism that may go unnoticed. The children are hanging in a Christ pose, suggesting they are being sacrificed, the adults being the cross. The fact that the cross adults are facing away from us suggests that they are being held unaccountable, and the children’s faces being blurred suggest that they represent a larger group, not just an individual child (although this could also be for the protection of the models’ identities).
