Happy Birthday HAMspelledbackwards! My blog turns 4 today! I known haven't been posting very much lately (more like almost never) but I hope to change that. In honor of this momentous occasion, I present my first ever oil painting. It took about 2 months to paint and was a frustrating yet rewarding process. It is a copy of Petrus Christus' work entitled 'Portrait of a Young Lady' from 1465. I will post a higher resolution photo in a few days, but this should hold you over until then.
