my muse has recently been in an accident that has left them blind. send me ♖ for what they would say to yours when our muses meet next.
Snake had missed school for a good week or two before returning to school. He doubt many knew but he had been in a bad accident causing him to lose his sight. While it didn’t seem like it bothered him it did quite a bit. The darkness he saw everyday and all the time now was lonely.. Even being around every one who had been very supportive but he missed seeing everyone’s faces. There was one person he really would miss seeing although everyone had disagree and was not to happy about him hanging out with her he had been doing so anyways. He really enjoyed her company and the talks that they had.
He wondered about if she had been worried theses past few weeks he hoped she wasn’t to worried. With this being his first day back to school the others seemed really protective of him and really wanted to make sure he got every were okay. He told them he’d be fine cause he had Emily with him in his bag. He couldn’t see it but he could tell they didn’t believe him so Joker had stuck Doll with him. He had talked Doll in to helping him get to the spot him and Akahana would meet before school.
It took a bit but when they had got there. His dulled yellow eyes looked around even thou he knew he wouldn’t find her,”Akahana-chan?” He called out a good amount hope and a bit of worry in his voice. He hoped she was here and worried she gave up waiting. He waited for a response anyways.
He nodded,”That would be lovely i would like listening to your music before school.” He smiled when he heard what she said. He again nodded letting her know that he heard her. He just couldn’t find any words to say that he did. What she said had made him very happy he was pretty much speechless.
He thought about her last question,”Sure i’d like to come over today. I really don’t care if they get mad or not.”He said.
“But what do you wanna talk to me about?”
“I am so glad!” She smiles at him then grabs her things along with his. “If they get mad then it’ll look bad Snake-kunn!” She whines pouting a little but then grabs his hand.
“Don’t worry too much about it, but it’s very important. Though if need be it can wait, please don’t think to much about it and if they say no you should really listen. This is a selfish wish but I know they don’t like me and I don’t want them to dislike me anymore than they already do.” She sighs softly but tugs on his sleeve
“I will take full responsibility for you being late to your class.”
Snake shook his head,”But still just because I’m like this now doesn’t mean they have to lock me away from someone they know I like to hang out with.” He said looking to her voice.
“I’ll try not to worry and i don’t want them to start sheltering me anymore because of they’re distrust.” He said soft spoken,” I understand they are trying to help but it can be a bit over board.” He gave a smile it was a bit sad,”They have no real reason to dislike like they do and they shouldn’t.. And i’m not going to stop hanging out with you because of this… They shouldn’t think i will.”
When she started to walk leading him he keep quiet after saying what he said. Not to sure what to say now.
Akahana was quiet for the first few minutes of them walking but then she gives him an anxious look. “This might be rude of me to say but it does seem very unfair to me. But as long as I get to see you, I think I’m okay with that. People have treated me much worse in the past Snake-kun.”
She stops before the doorway to his first class. “I might not see you until after school. Sometimes if it’s severe enough the punishment can last the whole first half of the school day. But don’t worry about that either, okay?” She smiles at him finally letting go of his sleeve.
“I already know it. You’re that basketball player aren’t you? Kagami Taiga-san? Your team is rather popular, plus my friend Melodie has a thing for guys in gym clothes.” His nose scrunched up at the thought of it but he shakes his head and sets the book down on the counter the cashier looking at the two of them with doe like eyes.
He turns from the redhead for only a second to tell the cashier that would be all he was getting. He gave her a polite smile but she only seemed to swoon her hands shaking as she scanned and bagged his book. Once he finished paying he looks back to Taiga. “Are you hungry?”
Taiga feels almost dumbfounded that the other knows about him. But then againt he team he plays for is getting big. At least in the Tokyo region. “Yeah, that´s me. You sure your friend isn´t my…Soulmate?” A sigh leaves him as he speask that god-awful cheesy word. It´s too corny for him to be comfortable. He doesn´t believe soulmates really are soulmates. The one person he would consider calling his soulmate is Kuroko. Simply because of their ability to cooperate during play.
Once the other man turns to him again, Taigas stomach grumbles at the mention of food. Another heavy sigh escapes the basketball player as he nods. “Yeah. I´m starving. I know a good place down the street,” he explains as he waves for the other man to follow him out of the store. Though he can feel every single person in the bookstore staring at him.
“I’m rather sure, she met her soulmate once before but not too long after that person was murdered.” He frowns slightly at the mention of it but quickly brushes off the tense feeling it gives him. He instead focuses on the way Kagami-san looks as he says the word soulmate.
Iwao bows to the cashier before following after Kagami with a hum of acknowledgement. “What kind of food do they serve?” Iwao had a feeling he already knew the place that his elder was speaking of but he wasn’t going to bring that part up. Besides he needed to make conversation somehow.
