Pink Pokemon
Ground Floor
Kitchen
Finally you can make your own food! There’s knives, pots and pans! An oven and all sorts of stuff! Aren’t you happy you won’t get poisoned again?
Pantry
You can find all sorts of food, herbs and such here. It seems like there’s a heap of food, and it’s occasionally replaced.
Freezer
Anything that needs freezing is in here. You seem to find meats and such.
Study
Complete with a desk and computer, the study has a bookshelf itself. It’s filled with notebooks and journals, but none have any importance. There’s also another fireplace and some armchairs and such.
Front Garden
Fountain
A beautiful front garden, with gorgeous pillars, complete with a large fountain. Who wants to go in first?
Back Garden
Conservatory
From here, you can see a swimming pool, shed and a large house - a guest house perhaps? There’s more chairs and something like a barbecue sits off to the side. There’s also a trolley with drinks and snacks on it.
Cut The Deck!
“Wow that was intense. Not much blood though. Poor Stir-up!”
You prepared it, asshole. Also get her name right at least, she just died! She spoke quickly after Sri was dead, not really caring if anyone was upset. Death was death to her, and she was happy someone was punished.
“Well done.”
That didn’t sound happy.
“Since you found the Ace, you will all receive a coin. To add to this, your IDs will soon update with new areas. I apologize for the lack of kitchen, but you now have access to it. We will continue to serve meals at the meal times - you have no worry of poison, I won’t be letting Lady Black near the food again.”
“Hey! My motive got a murder didn’t it? Be happy, Masster.”
It felt somewhat solemn… awkward. Someone had just died and yet… this was how they were. Master Red opened the door and let you all out, before pulling out what seemed to be his own ID, and updating the maps.
Chapter Two Start!
The Natiya-Thorn Withereth
Perhaps it had been a feeble expectation on your end, but something about seeing the storyteller before you, displaying not a shred of fear for what was to come, unsettles you greatly. Though she had fought hard to stay alive, she was now showcasing no fear of the unknown to come, is she possibly numb to her own death? The way her shaking hands refused to leave the railing of her podium told you otherwise, though.
Before any amongst you could begin to ask questions in regard to the confusing array of body languages she shifted between, Lady Black’s merciless metal hand extends upon Sri from behind, locking her in its vicious grip. Sri has little time to react besides sporting a genuine smile as she tumbles from the courtroom, being dragged into the depths of an engulfing darkness.

The Origin of Rubies | Sri | Chapter 1 | Closed for Hanako
hanakoshimizu
“Laaame.” Hanako scoffed, turning to face away from Sri. “Oh! Maybe Hanako can teach you some!” Hanako said in excitement turning to face Sri.
“Oh wait… Hanako doesn’t have her bass guitar with her…” She sighed. “Maybe I can get one from that!” She shouts, walking up to the machine and kicking it again, still doing no damage at all.
“U-um, Hanako…san you shouldn’t…I mean, I don’t think. …Y-you’re gonna break it,”
“Now, you surely must have had a coin, maybe we can find it together and try and get your bass? If he’d give me my pungi back, he may give you your bass too,”
Hanako scoffs. “Fine. I’ll stop hitting it.” She listens to Sri continue. “Gah! There’s not point! No way will a bass come out of this thing! It’s clearly just full of old junk!” She gives it one last kick, giggling to herself as she walks away from it.
“Wait... What do you mean, ‘he may give me my bass’? who’s ‘he’”
And Then it Dawned On Me | Eka | Closed for Hanako | [They/Them]
Hanako’s face turns red slightly. She’s happy that someone had noticed her fame, even when compared to Sabel, as she is notably less famous, but it felt good. “…Well, Maybe… They might notice Sabel is missing… The company would probably just replace Hanako with another girl from our record label. They swap people out all the time when they decide to leave the group and go for a solo career… probably why we never stay famous for that long.” Hanako recalls one or two of the girls leaving and being replaced, she can’t remember exactly how many were swapped out, she’s not actually that invested in her band.
“But you’re right, there probably is someone looking for me…” Hanako’s face seemed to be shocked a little a bit, as if she had just remembered something, but then she shakes her head as if to refuse the fact and continues on as usual.
“What about you? Surely someone is bound to come looking for you guys, too!” Hanako is being sort of kind to someone? woah.
“Aw man that’s messed up. I mean they can’t just like, not even try to find out what happened to you. Besides, you’re totally irreplaceable, you’re like, the best bass player ever!” That may have been stretching it a bit, but Eka liked to live in the moment. They also liked to believe the best of people, as long as those people hadn’t recently pulled a knife on them.
“Yeah, I mean, it might take a while for me… because my parents are still in the ‘States and I’m like, just an interior designer, not super famous or anything. They’ll definitely think it’s weird I didn’t call them on Christmas, like maybe they’ll think I forgot or was too busy or accidentally didn’t charge my phone or something, but after a few days they’ll be… really worried…” Eka’s expression fell, they didn’t like to think about worrying their parents like that. They’d never gone more than a week without calling them before, and considering a holiday had just occurred they’d definitely be wondering why they hadn’t heard from Eka.
Best bass player ever? Yeah, it was maybe a stretch, but holy heck it felt good! She actually kind of liked Eka??? what?? she kind of likes a person?? since when did this happen?
“Uh... Well! I’m sure they’ll come for you soon! They can help us all!” Hanako smiles weakly. “I’m sure they’re really worried about you, too! Even now!” That probably won’t help, Hanako.
“Either way, Hanako-chan will be okay! I don’t need anyone looking for me! Someone’ll be looking for the rest of you anyway, so I’ll be saved by them too, right?!” Hanako asks rhetorically.
Classic Anime Mishap || Andy || [Closed for Hanako]
“Yeah, It’s a lot to lose, So you better watch it, clumsy!” Yeah, She’ll probably hold onto this grudge for a while. Hanako listened to Andy continue, raising an eyebrow as she spoke about how the ‘cool kids’ called her Andy. That whole sentence aged her by ten years at least.
“…I’m not hurt.” Hanako replied, dusting herself off. She noticed a small pause in the conversation, Andy just staring at her. “Don’t think about stealing my belts!” She shouted before Andy began to speak again.
“Yup! That’s me! Hanako Shimizu!” Frankly, Hanako didn’t care if Andy introduced herself or not. She probably wouldn’t even ask for Andy’s name. Isn’t she a gem?
“I’m the bassist for Dawn Infinity! Maybe you’ve heard of us! I’m the lead singer and bassist, Hanako, then there’s… uh… Whatsherface on drums, Maki, Saki… something like that on Keyboard and Sabel on Guitar! Wait… no… Sabel’s the one that’s here with us… Whatever, I’m sure her name is something like Sabel anyway!” She doesn’t even know the names of her own band mates.
Well if by talking about cool kids Andy aged Hanako, that would…let’s be honest, it would probably still leave Hanako acting a bit like a small child. Ten years from three is still only 13.
“I had a friend in school who really liked Dawn Infinity,” Andy said honestly. “She had a poster of you on her wall. At least, I think it was you. I’m not sure anybody else in the entire world wears quite so many belts!”
She was thankfully able to ignore some of the ruder things that Hanako was saying, relating to belt theft and not knowing her own bandmates’ names due to her own experience with very small children often saying nonsensical and rude things.
“I can’t even imagine what it’s like to be famous,” she said honestly, changing the subject a bit to preserve what dignity she still had after such a tumble. “How did you come to be a world famous bassist, Shimizu-san?”
Hanako’s expression turned blank at the mention of a poster. “...oh. Cute.” Nice to know she appreciates her fans... “...Was it of just me or of the entire band? Because having a picture of only me... is a bit creepy.” Maybe she was being a bit harsh, but wouldn’t you find it weird knowing someone you didn’t know had a picture of you on their wall too?
“Being famous... Meh. It isn’t what it seems.” Wow, she was almost acting adult there. “Ah! The important questions!” Hanako replied to Andy after she questioned just how she became famous.
“I used to be a make-up artist! I worked on horror films and stage productions and world tours and...” She begins to list everything she’s ever worked on. You’ll be here for a while. “Then I started my own make-up line, Modelled for it’s campaign, got a few failed acting gigs and tried out for a role in a musical, That’s when my agency found out I was a talented singer and bassist and they created Dawn Infinity!” You got the entire backstory on where she is now. Not that it was that hard to find, since Hanako tells everyone every five seconds usually.
Ding Dong! Body Discovered!
As Dom and Kiri found the body, their ID Cards both went off. A second later the speaker turned on. It was probably painful to hear Lady Black at this moment.
“Looks like one of you actually did it! Reddipoo will be coming there in a second with the antidote! Make your way to the body unless you want to die from the poison which, you know, I wouldn’t like! I want more murder please! Thanks to Dom and Kiri for finding the body, you both did super well! I’ll make sure to give you both a kiss for your good work! Bye-bye!”
No one wants a kiss from you, Lady Black. Everyone was gathering at the lounge. Some to see if it was true, or even out of fear. True to her word, Master Red followed close behind with a tray of cups. Each was filled with water, mixed with the antidote.
“I know after what she did, this might be hard to trust, but this is the antidote. I can even prove it if need be.”
He simply offered the cups to everyone before glancing at the body. You swore you saw some kind of sigh as he looked down, hiding his expression. Shortly after he looked back up.
“You’ll be required to investigate. After a certain amount of time, we will lead you to the trial room and you will attempt to find Eka Imani’s murderer. Please do your best.”
With that, Master Red left. He didn’t say anything else. He just left you with the instructions to investigate.
But investigate a murder? That was ridiculous! None of you had likely ever dealt with this before! Yet here you all were. There was a dead body on the floor, and the person who killed them was among you.
Investigation Start!

And Then it Dawned On Me | Eka | Closed for Hanako | [They/Them]
“…Uh… I’m not scared! Hanako is never scared!” She shouts, posing like a superhero, hands on hips, looking up to the sky. She watched Eka, still in that pose, as they slid around the ground, looking for where to sit… What the hell? Hanko just thought they were weird. It certainely did make them seem less intimidating…
“…You can just sit on the floor anywhere you’d like, dweeb.” So now she has the balls to call them names? ok then. “…So…” There was an awkward pause as Hanako looked around the room. “…You think we’ll get out any time soon? Hanako’s getting bored…” She yawns for emphasis, just in case they didn’t get it.
“Okay, sure, never scared, got it!” Eka doesn’t seem to mind being called a dweeb. In fact they’re relieved that Hanako appears to be in high spirits again. The plan worked! Okay, not exactly a plan, but apparently sitting down on the floor had successfully made them less scary to the small girl, so Eka’s calling it a win. They’d rather be considered weird than intimidating anyway.
“That’s… a good question. Honestly I’m kind of bored too. There’s not a lot to do around here, is there? But I’m sure it won’t be too much longer! Like, people are gonna notice we’re missing, right? Right. Especially since there’s some really famous people in here, like you and Sabel! They’re probably looking for us already.”
Hanako’s face turns red slightly. She’s happy that someone had noticed her fame, even when compared to Sabel, as she is notably less famous, but it felt good. “...Well, Maybe... They might notice Sabel is missing... The company would probably just replace Hanako with another girl from our record label. Do It Yourself!
Four long days had past. The fifth started like any other. The restricted meal times meant that you would inevitable meet someone during the day. When you woke up though, some of you weren’t feeling well. This feeling seemed to plague everyone all day, some being hit worse than others.
The sickness among you made it hard to muster the energy to even go for the meals.
Just after the lunch time ended, there was loud shout from the speakers. Sounded like Master Red was also sick.
“–fuck! Are you an idiot?”
There was a laugh, from Lady Black, before she spoke.
“Nah! Everyone get to the foyer! I’m sure you’re all wondering about this sickness!”
She didn’t give a time limit this time, but due to the previous meet-ups, the rule likely still applied. To be honest it was implied.

Soft Yodelling | Hanako | Killing Game Reaction (LATE OOPS)
Killing game?! Hanako was shocked, to say the least. Her face had a clear expression of fear, her body was shaking slightly as she sort of.. hugged herself, mumbling quietly.
“What the fuck what the fuck what the fuck what the fuck…” She kept repeating to herself over and over. “WHAT THE FUCK?!” She screamed out turning to face everyone.
“Who the fuck did this?! Which one of you was it?! They said they were amongst us, right?! So tell us, who the hell set this up?!” Hanako screamed at the group of people behind her.
“Actually, no. Fuck that! I’m going to my room, Like hell am I standing around someone that could kill me any second!” Hanako fled the scene soon after, not listening to anyone who may have replied, running to her room. That didn’t last very long however, she got bored five minutes later and left her room anyway.
The Origin of Rubies | Sri | Chapter 1 | Closed for Hanako
hanakoshimizu
Hanako’s face went blank.Maybe she did have a coin, maybe she didn’t. She actually hasn’t looked at the ID thing that thoroughly at all, despite being told to. She just ignored what Sri said about coins and listened to her describe the item.
“…A… pungi… Like fun-gi?!” No, Hanako. Not like fungi. Hanako listened to the tune and rolled her eyes, scoffing.
“Boooooooring. Play something upbeat and fun! I wanna hear a rock song!” She wants to hear Sri play a rock song using a pungi… okay. “I rate that instrument a two out of ten.” She’s very critical about this kind of thing, clearly.
Sri’s hopes dropped as Hanako became critical of her performance. The little she left with the bassist hardly mattered at all, she was determined to rate Sri’s instrument as only second rate. It was disheartening.
“I um,” her face flushed red. “I don’t know any rock songs, I’m sorry…”
Everyone at this school seemed to really like rock, she’d need to give it a real listen.
“Laaame.” Hanako scoffed, turning to face away from Sri. “Oh! Maybe Hanako can teach you some!” Hanako said in excitement turning to face Sri.
“Oh wait... Hanako doesn’t have her bass guitar with her...” She sighed. “Maybe I can get one from that!” She shouts, walking up to the machine and kicking it again, still doing no damage at all.
Splish Splash Im In A Bath | Chapter 1 | Closed for Kiri
Hanako splashed around and suddenly froze at the sight of Kiri, damn! She’d been caught! Abort mission! Abort! She jumped up onto her feet and pulled the plug, picking up wet accessories from the bottom of the bath. She was drenched in water, and when she stood out of the bath, she slid on the pool of water on the floor, falling on her face.
“Owwiiiiieeee…” Hanako mumbles, rubbing her face as she stands back up. She looks up at Kiri, who looks confused to say the least. “Ah! New friend!” She shouts, before leaping towards Kiri, clinging onto the front of her clothes, swinging around. She’s probably going to stretch her clothes two sizes bigger if she just clings onto Kiri like that.
“Weeee!! High-Ho Silver, Away!” She’s not a horse, Hanako. Get off.
Kiri could only stare, dumbfounded, as Hanako scrambled out of the tub and fell flat on her face. Was there an explanation here? No? Just someone exceeding even Kiri’s levels of silly? Well, okay, but the stunt double still thought that this whole thing was kind of weird.
Then Hanako shouts ‘new friend!’ and that is very definitely something that Kiri can get behind. Her usual cheerful grin returned, Kiri lets her new friend cling to the front of her shirt for just a few seconds before scooping Hanako up into a bridal carry. It’s not quite as awesome as a piggyback ride, but Kiri works with what she’s given.
“Haha, alrighty! Where to?”
“Wha?!” Hanako shouts, before poking Kiri in the face and jumping out of her arms. “I didn’t say you could pick me up, dork!” She shouts back. So Hanako is allowed to pretend people are horses, but you can’t pick her up? ok. Seconds later, one of her legs gives way and... you guessed, she falls. Again. This time on her butt.
“Ow!” She shouts in pain. “...Hanako’s going out of here.” She says, almost like a huffy child, waving her hand as if she demands Kiri to follow her.
Now in the hall, She stands, completely soaked, wondering what to do next. “What do you wanna do?!” She shouts, looking behind her to face Kiri. “Answer me quick or I’ll get bored of you.”
And Then it Dawned On Me | Eka | Closed for Hanako | [They/Them]
“…Oh! Well…” Huh, Maybe they weren’t as intimidating as Hanako originally expected… Which is a good thing, of course! “N-No! Don’t leave! It’s okay!” Hanako felt… bad? What is happening with the world.
“…It’s uh… No! It’s fine, really! You’re okay!” She felt a little bit more comfortable knowing that Eka was a seemingly kind person. “You can have an autograph if you like!” Hanako was trying to be kind to make up for making Eka feel uncomfortable. Normally she wouldn’t care if someone felt bad, but she felt that she almost HAD to make Eka feel better.
“You don’t need to sit down if you don’t want to! You don’t need to do anything if you don’t want to! You can do what you please, I mean it’s your life right?! hehehe…” Hanako’s just rambling now.
Honestly Eka is probably one of the least intimidating people on the planet, and they are absolutely not used to people being freaked out by them. At least not after they’ve chattered a bit and people have realized the tall string bean is really just a big dweeb. They’re feeling super bad about this even though they can’t figure out what it is they did that upset Hanako like this.
“I-I mean, yeah, but, I don’t want you to be upset or anything so like, I would want to do something that’d help you… not feel scared? If that makes sense? Sorry, uh.” Eka considers what to do for a moment. Would just leaving now be bad? Hanako had said they didn’t have to, so walking out might be rude. For lack of other options, Eka actually does sit down. Just plops themself right down on the floor and looks up at Hanako. Good job, Eka.
And then Eka realizes they sat down right in front of the door and Hanako might feel like they’re blocking her in! Oh no! Wait, should they stand back up again though? If they did that too fast wouldn’t it scare her again? In the early stages of panic, Eka quickly starts scooting themself out of the way of the door, off to the side, putting several feet between themself and it without standing up again so Hanako could flee if she chose. And making themself look like the nerdiest goofball ever in the process. Oh my god. I’m embarrassed on their behalf. Are you sure you’re intimidated by this, Hanako?
“...Uh... I’m not scared! Hanako is never scared!” She shouts, posing like a superhero, hands on hips, looking up to the sky. She watched Eka, still in that pose, as they slid around the ground, looking for where to sit... What the hell? Hanko just thought they were weird. It certainely did make them seem less intimidating...
“...You can just sit on the floor anywhere you’d like, dweeb.” So now she has the balls to call them names? ok then. “...So...” There was an awkward pause as Hanako looked around the room. “...You think we’ll get out any time soon? Hanako’s getting bored...” She yawns for emphasis, just in case they didn’t get it.
The Origin of Rubies | Sri | Chapter 1 | Closed for Hanako
hanakoshimizu
“…What the heck is something like that doing in there?!” Hanako asked, raising an eyebrow. “More importantly!!!! Hanako wants something like that!!” After literally just calling it junk, Hanako already wants one for herself. Okay then.
She dove over to the machine and…. Bang! She began to kick and punch at the machine. “…Get! Out! You trash!” She was kicking and hitting at it with her limbs sprawled out like a child, but she was barely doing any damage. In fact, there wasn’t even a dent on the thing. “Ugh! Whatever!” She shouted, rolling her eyes, giving the machine one last kick.
“What even is it anyway?!” You literally held it in front of your face and you cant tell what the object is? Wow, Hanako.
Sri was surprised. Not surprised in any bad way, of course, but pleasantly. In all honesty, she had partially expected her item to be snatched away and broken by this girl, but by the grace of the gods it was still in her possession, and it’d never leave again.
Though the sudden banging from the machine was enough to startle her back to reality. For a good long while, she just stared at Hanako as she beat the machine, waiting for a moment when the pounding ceased before she spoke up.
“Um…”
“Don’t you have a coin? I had one when the day began, so I assumed…”
She let that sit.
“Oh this is a pungi,”
Sri held the item up enough for Hanako to get a good look at it, though she had likely already seen it enough when she snatched it away from Sri. As if to demonstrate, Sri pulled the item to her lips and played a few notes. The sound was shrill and sharp, but a slightly lower tone than a flute or recorder might produce.
Hanako’s face went blank.Maybe she did have a coin, maybe she didn’t. She actually hasn’t looked at the ID thing that thoroughly at all, despite being told to. She just ignored what Sri said about coins and listened to her describe the item.
“...A... pungi... Like fun-gi?!” No, Hanako. Not like fungi. Hanako listened to the tune and rolled her eyes, scoffing.

Classic Anime Mishap || Andy || [Closed for Hanako]
“Owwweeeee…” Was the only thing Hanako could relay when she first made contact with the floor after Andy bumped into her. She recomposed herself (sort of) and glanced around, looking to see who bumped her, though they weren’t too hard to miss. Hanako leaned forward and poked the other girl in the forehead.
“Watch out you dillweed! I almost lost all of my accessories!” Hanako shouted. “….I guess if you’re sorry - that’s okay, but it better not happen again!” Hanako shouted assertively, jumping onto her feet, she didn’t even try to help Andy up.
“…Who are you anyway?!” How nice of you to introduce yourself, Hanako.
Andy reached up and touched the place Hanako had jabbed at, more confused than hurt. That was…rude, she decided. Definitely rude. But how could she blame the stranger? She’d just knocked the poor girl over. And she looked to be about eight years old, so Andy felt even worse about it.
“That’s a lot of accessories to lose,” Andy said, carefully getting to her feet. If she turned an ankle, Mitsu would have to spend all night helping her splint it and get it back in place. So she took her time. Ugh. “I usually am not so clumsy.”
She bowed as soon as she was fully upright, as it was time for introductions to be made.
“I’m Akihito Matsumura,” she said, smiling brightly at the child in front of her. Fortunately, Andy did like children quite a bit. “All the coolest kids call me Andy, though. Are you sure you’re not hurt? I don’t know first aid very well, but I’m sure someone here does.”
She paused, actually taking the time to look at the girl in front of her for the first time. Notable things: tiny, belts, young. What did that remind her of…?
“Your name is Hanako Shimizu, right? You’re the Bassist? I’m sorry I didn’t introduce myself sooner!”
“...I’m not hurt.” Hanako replied, dusting herself off.
I’m the lead singer and bassist, Hanako, then there’s... uh... Whatsherface on drums, Maki, Saki... something like that on Keyboard and Sabel on Guitar! Wait... no... Sabel’s the one that’s here with us... Whatever, I’m sure her name is something like Sabel anyway!” She doesn’t even know the names of her own band mates.
