Just had a question; how do you and other Hangela shippers deal with the age gap? How old is too old? How young is too young? And wouldn't there be a conflict on account of it?

It’s definietly something that gets brought up a lot — I know that to some people it’s weird and odd, but I suppose I’ve just never seen it? They’re both of age and everything. I personally believe a 20 year gap would be too much, as most people do have kids in their early 20s (probably even later).

My ideas on it are that I know that some people don’t like it, and if that’s how they feel, I won’t talk about it around them because I understand. What I don’t like is people attacking other for ships... I’ve had this happen to me before with Hanamercy (on countless occasions, usually with some pretty bad insults) and it just makes me go: “Why do you care so much?”

Hanamercy has been my OTP for Overwatch for over 2 years at this point and I still adore the pair. Since it’s a rarepair I’m hoping this blog does help others find the ship and maybe even start liking it as well! But I would never force it on someone.

I know I kinda went off topic from your main question but I think I answered yours okay? Sorry if I didn’t.

TL;DR: I don’t think about it too much and won’t force it on people who don’t like it as long as they don’t attack me for it.
