I'm rereading OotP and I just realized how I appreciate this scene very much. Harry's and Ginny's friendship here feels so natural and tender. In fact, there are really good friendship scenes in this book, maybe that's why it's one of my favorite.

When a quite difficult case appeared at the Auror Headquarters, Harry tended to spend until late night trying to solve some pieces. Instead of asking him to go to bed and get some sleep, Ginny used to make Harry some company and listen him rambling about his crazy ideas. She couldn't grasp most of them, but it didn't matter; as long as he knew that she was there –while she certainly neededn’t, was already a comfort presence and a gentle reminder of what all that was for.
