Finally planted all that red ludwigia I got on Sunday in the 7 gallon, and I’m liking it! I do wish everything was more red, “Red Tank” is more green with sides of magenta and orange.

I hope the red root floaters do okay, I used to have some in here and they thrived, took over the whole tank, and promptly died. So we’ll see if I have better luck with these. I did stick a few in other tanks just in case these all die, I’ll have replacements. The duckweed I had in here before sure did well, but I don’t like duckweed nearly as much as red root floaters.

Young sewellia spotted fry. A lot of babies. Pretty sure the tank would be overrun if there were no other egg eaters in the same tank but the garras eat everything.

r.i.p to this layout. i was never 100% with it but was too lazy and broke to change it. moving house means stripping the tank, so time to get creative 💀

Caridina serrata var. Blue Aura. These guys are super shy because of the fish but it is getting better and those two stayed despite the turned on lights. I hope I will be able to lure them with foods soon.
