Breathing Right!
There are days emotions makes you feel unease from the rest of the world, but there are days emotions gives you the rightfully breathe of life. I’m always talking about emotions because my emotions gets the best of me, but now that I understand how to control these emotions.
I can finally state that emotions can be overrated for a person to be dwelling on the past and the present. It can be dramatic, stable, wicked, or just trying to find the you inside. There are people that judges others by the looks, how they speak, or how they are feeling in the inside. For example: BULLIES!
By experience, Bullies are the prime of judging a person before really getting to know a person. I was the victim of someone judging me before really getting to know me. It took many years to deal with bullies but the friends that I truly got to know and got to know me has helped me through the name calling, the eyes stares, the “I only want to be your friend, when I don’t have any”, and the ones that is all talk but no action.
I’ve noticed that my daughter is also a victim of bullies. My daughter is a very bright girl with heart to love all who loves her and hurt her. As she cries that people tease her and makes her feel little but she has learn the bigger picture of people, she tries to help bullies to not be bullies by treating bullies with love and honor. Since kindergarten, she been hurt by people from her school but as she make progress in completing each year with love for people, she’s able to conquer the thoughts of loving treatment.
My daughter is a helper of people, or you can say the leaders of leaders because she tries to help other students and classmates, by encouraging them to be the best that they can be. My daughter is a very kind person, easy to make friends, even those who are against her, she is polite, love listening to music, she wants to learn how to make gacha life with youtube video.
Emotions can help a person improve their life, but emotions can also break a person. I believe my emotions goes both ways by breaking into pieces then transforming until understanding and uplifting emotions.
For today, is your emotions feeling all over the place? Do you know what makes your emotions go wild? Do you know what make your emotions stay stable and under control?
Please keep this in mind, I am not perfect... My emotions still get out of hand but when you come to a place of understanding your feelings, you are able to control your feelings of your emotions.
