Depression is probably one of the hardest things to live with. it drains your feelings and the person you were. it makes you wish you could die, but not having the courage to hurt your family and friends. It hurts. feeling dead but having to breath and live. I wish i could live a normal life but someday, its gonna be too much. it might be tomorrow or it could be in 5 years but i know, one day, the day will come. not self harming is hard to do. i had to stop as my mum found out but i still hit and scratch my arms and other places. i still cry myself to sleep, i still silently cry, i still feel empty.
