regular morning with adhd

1) wow waking up is hard

2) it’s hard for everyone tho

3) i need to pee and turn on the coffee maker and wash my face and fill the coffee maker and feed the cats and change their water and take my meds and put on clothes and brush my teeth

4) i just spent 15 minutes touching my clothes

5) okay i put on the coffee

6) why am i naked

7) oh yeah i should take my drugs

8) i just realized i did half my makeup and didn’t moisturize

9) omg my cats are gonna starve

10) okay i fed them

11) oh yeah coffee yay

12) why have i still not put on pants

13) i still haven’t peed

14) did i take my pills?

15) maybe i did. maybe i didn’t. time to play the lottery!

16) the cat food is still on the counter

17) they’re gonna die and it’s gonna be my fault

18) oh yeah my moisturizer 

19) i have 10 minutes

20) i guess i can prematurally wrinkle

can’t do it because this one thing has had my full entire attention for the past three days and i think ive gotten two hours of sleep in that time and my blood has been replaced with coffee
