Not sure there is anything more fucking hardcore and full of breakdowns than the lead singer of Trial now being a motivational speaker/juggler. THE ENTIRE FUCKING THING IS A BREAKDOWN.

Primo VOGELCORE from the late 90s-- I think the demo version is a little better, but the mayhem begins at 1:30. The scariest dance floor I have ever witnessed was during this song when Buried Alive played in Detroit with Earthmover and Dogs Of War.
Zao - Ember
1:55 for the magic that is Zao in 1998. Point out Brett for 10 points. Find the bass player and get 20 points.
Poison the Well - Slice Paper Wrists
You don't have to wait long for the mosh to begin.
Enjoy :48, 1:19 and 3:25
At The Drive In - "Alpha Centauri" and "Chanbara" - Live at the Fireside Bowl
5:55, 6:18, 6:45, 7:02 and 7:28
There is nothing to be said.
Bloodjinn - Maker
1:14, 2:18, 2:47 for MASS CHAOS. You are welcome.
Funeral for a Friend - This Years Most Open Heartbreak
You do have to wait almost 2 minutes to get the quick breakdown at 1:52 but for your troubles there is a treat! You get to watch the drummer wear a headset mic that must of been on the sale rack at Guitar Center. It’s great to watch and while you wait for the breakdown, just think that the band and management allowed that headset to be in the video.
Codeseven - Sod Within The Hill
1:14 prepare to take a ride on one of Codeseven's best songs. North Carolina Represent!
Hopesfall - Shines Through
5:08 for an EPIC double stage dive and breakdown. One of Hopesfall's hidden jems.
Hope Conspiracy - Truth And Purpose
Simple but elegant, rock out at :55! What's up Hellfest 2002! What a bunch of garbage that fest got to be. Thankfully we have Bamboozle now.
Turmoil - Playing Dead
Has a breakdown ever started as the song started? Well it has now. Check out the beginning, :48, 1:12 and even 2:19!
Strongarm - Trials
2:08 - BRINGS IT!
Rick Rodney and Tobias from Arrested Developemnt. Is this not the same person?
Regardless, rock the hell out with Rick at :35 with this Strife song "Blistered". I love it when a band back then said a song and kids FLIPPED out because they actually only heard it LIVE and not 500 times on YouTube before the show came through and already was sick of em so they didn't even show up.
Strife - "Through and Through"
Holy. Shit. One of the best stage dive sequences I've ever seen.
If you aren't screaming "There is only one truth" at 2:16, Rick Rodney is coming after you. Seriously, look behind you.
Too Pure To Die "This Is My Life"
When you are talking about mid 2k00's moshcore, you really have to must include Iowa's TPTD, who bring the mosh to the the midwest CHAINREACTIONCORE style. This song is full 50% breakdown, beginning at 1:40!
Evergreen Terrace - "Chaney Can't Quite Riff Like Helmet's Page Hamilton"
2:56 is how long you have to wait, which I personally think is too long. But with such a great title to this song, I waited and then broke some 2X4s in my room.
Brother's Keeper - "The Continuum"
Picture this, the band plays the opening minute of this song, you think to yourself how SICK these riffs are, then Mike Ski opens his mouth and half the crowd walks out. That was my first experience with this band and to this day i don't get it.
Regardless their Hellfest performance in this video has their fanbase front and center. My favorite quote is "If you know the words, punch Josh Trustkill in the face." What does that even mean?
Breakdown kicks in at 2:53 and then the stage dives with no help start flying. Count the amount of people that fall flat on the floor.
