   Knuckles laughs even harder as he leans back from in his chair. There were tears. Nothing made him laugh this hard in a while. A couple minute later, he finally calms down and wipes a couple tears away from his eyes.   “You know, I think I may tick around a little bit longer.”

“Yay! Anyways you want anythin’ while you’re here?” Myth asked and smiles as her tail wagged very slowly. “No..that is a bad idea! Witch means I’ll be teased twice as much!” Shadow then began pouting, angry hedgie is angry while wolfy is happy.

  "Actually, that's what I came here for. Some desserts. And seeing Shadow here is icing on the cake." He made a pun, but does not chuckle.   Knuckles gets up and began to make his way over to the counter to where Shadow was, knowing that if he leans in he won't get punched. At least he had expected that he wouldn't be.

   “It keeps the island afloat. I’ve been instructed by my ancestors to keep the Master Emerald in its place.”

“Crazy bat, crazy scientist and annoying hero? Hmm… who might the names of these people be? I might not be able to control some gem like you can, but if I’m gonna be here for any length of time I might as well help you out. I’ve got a few weapons, I’m a fast enough runner and swimmer as far as humans go.”

    "Controlling it is no problem. It' been a trait that's been passed down from generation to generation. and the Master Emerald? It'd take some real strength to move that big lug. It's much taller than me and I'm only 4'7ft."  He looks back towards the direction of where his Master Emerald would be.   "And with the way things are going, you may not have to witness anyone trying to run after the Master Emerald. Less problems on my part. Usually when it gets colder outside visitors are less likely to come by.

Blazkowicz almost smirked at that. “Dimensional hiccups. Something tells me there’s more to it than that. Maybe that Master Emerald thing he protects has something to do with it.” he thought.

“Well, if you came from where I came from, you might not want to go back home, besides seeing your friends again.” he said. “Something tells me I didn’t just walk here though. I only have been awake here for… maybe two hours.”

“Well, with it being an island in the sky, I imagine that you wouldn’t get too many visitors here. Still though, I imagine you do get some.”

  "Well, there's been more than one occasion where the Master Emerald had been the culprit. It's very powerful and I'm pretty good with controlling but, with these hiccups I'm going to have to try and up my control. Even something that happens outside of the world makes it a little hard."

   "And yes, usually it's a crazy bat trying to steal my gem, a crazy mechanic/scientist, or some annoying hero. But, besides that not a lot of people show up. And it's been a while. Don't worry, there's always a way back home. It'll come by eventually."

The mystery only enticing the young girl rather than scaring her away. “My name’s not short stuff, it’s Amy. Some call me Rosy though. I thought this place was magic.”

  "This place is magic because the gem your rump is sitting on is keeping the entire thing afloat!" Oh, he was steamed. How dare she not listen to him. He may have to go up there and get her down himself if she doesn't comply.   "This pretty gem, you're talking about is very important! And you butt could disturb the balance of it, Rosy. Now, please do me a favor and get off it before I remove you, myself!"
