when i went out with my girl friends for my birthday, they asked me to bring my tarot cards so i could read for them. every time i read for someone, they would be so shocked and surprised. i can tell my friends are so much less skeptical than when i started. ror says i have a real gift for reading the cards and relating them to people, and i make it really engaging. everyone loved it apparently, and they’ve told all my other friends and now even more people are asking me to read for them.

i love reading for people, but it’s so intimate. a lot of the card positions have to do with desires and fears, and when i read something that makes sense to them i can tell they feel a little uncomfortable. but overall i’m happy everyone is having fun with them and wants me to keep reading. i have friends who would have told me if they thought it was ridiculous or clearly just a party trick but even they seemed really interested in the accuracy of the cards.

i ended up reading tarot until super late at night on a school night, but it was worth it! every new reading makes me learn a little more. when i have some free time i’m going to study up on the cards so i can read without checking the reference book.
