QUEEN CHARLOTTE: A BRIDGERTON STORY (2023)
Her being femme with that dominant vibe ... 😳 best character of the whole show
Okay, the first half of Class of '07 was just Amelia and Saskia fighting and creating drama over whose wife Zoe was.
It's January, and you know what they say: “new year, new you, new books.” These romance novels out in January are must-reads.
“It is my absolute delight to present eight of the best romance novels out in January 2023. The new year is all full of bubbles and sparkles and hope. And, you know what they always say: “new year, new you, new books.” Well, maybe I added that last bit, but I for one typically ring in the new year by taking stock of the books I am looking forward to reading in the year to come.“
Ok 2023 let’s go! I’m def excited for a fair amount this year and January is a nice start. So here are a few books that I am most interested in coming out this month.
The Daughters of Izdihar by Hadeer Elsbai - out January 10
Sorry, Bro by Taleen Voskuni - out January 31
The Queering by Brooke Skipstone - out January 12
After Sappho by Selby Wynn Schwartz - out January 24

The Married Woman (2021)
2021 International Women's Day was well spent thirsting on these two beautiful women #Ridhi Dogra and #Monica Dogra.
Really loved the "Fleabag" style narration. Crushing hard on Peeplika and simping for Astha. Never had I imagined that I would get to witness a nuanced performance of lgbtq+ representation in indian media!! (at times cringey... not one to complain though... just give me all those cheesy, melodramatic bollywood masala in their golden gay glory)
"A married woman" by Manju Kapur was one my early novels in lgbtq+ genre and it is far from a perfect novel but, it felt nice to see these characters come to life on screen. I could relate to the sheltered Astha and feel her burning attraction to the free-spirited Peeplika. The physical wounds are far tolerable than the turmoils of heart aches.
