Hey Harry just curious - what do you use to track your calories burned during your workout? Is that something through Nike? Thanks and I really enjoy your posts

Very Glad that you enjoy the posts! Most of the time I use my Polar heart rate monitor in conjunction with my Polar Loop. Although I also have an Under Armour Heart rate monitor as well, that has some cool features!

Lately I have had a very hard time forcing myself to do cardio! Many days opting to just do extra resistance training with very short breaks in between sets and exercises! So doing #Insanity Asylum Vol. 2 X Trainer this morning was murder! I always forget how hard it is until I'm in the middle of the #workout, just trying to get it done! Trained some legs this morning and then arms tonight! Both workouts were around 30-35mins as I kept the rest between sets and exercises pretty short. Can't believe that my days off are pretty much over and that I'm heading back to work tomorrow. Not a very smooth #workout this morning. Spent a lot of time trying to find the TRX workout that I wanted, but only found it afterwards. Also, because I don't use mu suspension trainer enough, took me some extra time in-between to get set-up and go through the moves. Still absolutely love doing core work with the #TRX and I'll have to get back to using it more often! Completely forgot to post this on here earlier! Hit some #BodyBeast Bulk Legs this morning! One of my favorite workouts! Legs days I'm either really looking forward to it or dreading it, but afterwards I always Love It! And burning almost 700 calories with resistance #training, you know I put the Work in #Workout!
