Do you like WLW relationships? Do you enjoy when WLW relationships are allowed to be rocky and ugly and dramatic? Have you ever looked at Maki Harukawa and Angie Yonaga and went “there’s something there”? Do you like lesbian yaoi?

Well, this is an interest check for a possible week long event dedicated to Angie x Maki. As we all know, this is quite the rarepair. It can be hard to find other dedicated supporters of such a pairing, which is why I want to make an event for this couple, so we can all bond over our niche ship.

I have created a google form (linked below) that you can fill out and share your thoughts on an idea like an AngieMaki Appreciation Week. I’d love to hear what these two mean to others!

I want to note that this blog isn’t solely dedicated to hosting a possible ship-week– I’m just a newly-made appreciation blog for this ship in general, but I thought I’d give a shot at this!

Yeeeeah so got about 10 responses on this, I have legit no idea if that's "enough" to go forward with the ship week, but I personally think it's fine? Hopefully? Idk, you're still free to fill out this form if you're interested.

I'll go over the responses under the cut.

So for the starting date of the ship week, votes for January 9-15, 16-22 and March 6-12 were even across the board.

I have a feeling I'd want this to start during March , since I'll be busier than I thought during January, and who knows, maybe the wait will generate more interest.

It also looks like "words" and "phrases" for the daily prompts is the most popular choice, seconded by "tropes and story elements", and a general theme for the entire week being third place, and a single vote for the idea of all three together. Interesting! Not much to say here since I have time to figure out what's going on.

Lastly, I just want to say WHOEVER SAID THEIR SHIP NAME FOR ANGIEMAKI WAS "GOD SLAYER" IS FUCKING SICK AND AWESOME. YOU RULE.

The other questions I don't feel the need to report on since they're not going to heavily affect the concept of the ship week. It was fun to see some perspectives on how others feel about this rarepair.

Aaaanyways, I'm excited for the possibility of Harunaga Week. 2023 is the year of weird girl x goth girl.
