Look at that.
Minutely, by a reaction entirely of its own volition, her body picked up to reach for Harveyâs hand, raising slightly off the bed. Something akin to a sigh dropped out of her lips, and she watched his hand for a moment before picking her gaze up to him. âMmm. Work.â There was a barest hint of a smile before she slid upright suddenly, pushing their bodies together with a smirk. Her face hovered teasingly close to his, her eyes on his lips. âI suppose those books wonât gain dust by themselves.â Her smirk deepened and she rolled out from under him without warning and gracefully stood, back to Harvey. The amusement fell off her face just as the dust particles she swept from her clothes as she ran her hands over her skirt. She had never been one to let a man kick her out of bed. She looked over her shoulder to glance over the man once more with an imperious glance. âI suggest you get my lipstick off your neck before you head to work. Iâd hate to see you looking unprofessional..â
Harvey couldn't help but smirk to himself as Alice was up from underneath him rather quickly, finding her escape route. She always did that and Harey had realized- it was because she didn't owe him anything and that it was to show- that she was her own woman with decisions. "Oh you would understand why I run a book store if you saw inside my head." he murmured back before he got up, looking for his shirt a little before looking back at Alice and stepping close, brushing his lips against hers tender one more time before picking his shirt up and taking it on. "Ah, you are always so considerate." he joked and gave her a teasing grin before taking his palm on the lipstick and when it came back, the small mark of lipstick which had been there had turned to some kind of powder. "You should probably check your lip and that neck too. You seem a little blue-ish and that lip is still bleeding."
