Belgian photographers Iphygenia Dubois and Lore Horré decided to spend two months in isolation in the same abandoned monastery. The photobooks each one made however are very different.

The best photography archive, along with credits and links, has just been shut down. Please spread this, write to Tumblr, help fix this. If there’s nothing there, there’s nothing there, I’m off. Mark Peter Drolet's blog is a wonderful journey in photography and illustrates the medium's immense power in association. It's ridiculous it was taken down due to some arbitrary copyright policy. Drolet was precise in crediting the creators of the work and when one would have a problem with his work being published without permissiyon, he would gracefully take it down.

Reuters Worst Year Ever

A recent death for my home town, it made an impact. I made this comic, because I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

Reblogging this again. My grandfather’s in the hospital and this pretty much conveys my feelings perfectly. He’s in ICU now and details are sparse, but I can’t help thinking of the worst. Last time I’ve seen my grandparents, I was 13 years old or something like that. The past years I’ve been thinking of going back to Indonesia, if only to see my family again, now that I’m an adult, to show that I’m an adult. All grown up, the second eldest of the grandchildren. I don’t think my older sister has even seen them as well since the last time. 

I don’t know.

Last September I visited Indonesia, where I saw all of my relatives again.

My grandfather passed away last Wednesday.
